Our new Vancouver vacation condo is a 2 bedroom /2 bathroom + den (office) & fully equipped and is modernly furnished. Condo is 1,200 sq ft. This condo is located beside the international Village in Vancouver’s downtown core. Close to T&T Supermarket, Tinseltown Movie Theaters and the Village, Espana Vancouver condo is centrally located for all your entertainment needs.
In addition our unit half block the Canada-Line (Sky Train station), 20 minutes direct from airport to condo.
The condo featuring: kitchen with European style cabinets, granite counter tops, s/s appliances & wine cooler open to Living and Dining room. Den office, wired for high-speed internet and digital phone system for local free calls and cable T.V. Other features are a standing acrylic bathtub. Amenities at Vancouver Espana Living has a 25 m swimming pool & whirlpool, fitness centre, steam room, landscaped courtyard, library with central music system, furnished party room w/ kitchen and service bar, theater-style lounge. T&T, Costco right beside the building.
We are located beside Andy Livingstone Park, GM Place, BC Place Stadium & the Edge water casino to try your luck. The Center for the Performing Arts, Queen Elizabeth Theater and just minutes to the Seawall walk or catch a little ferry to run to Granville Island.
Our 2 bedrooms condo is furnished with queen sized beds with first class linen and bath and shower towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and equipment to chef your cuisine. The condo den office has I speed internet and the unit is 1200 sq. ft. faces south east towards False Creek.
Vacation condo right beside BC Place, 1 block from GM Place, GM Place will host the 2010 WINTER OLYMPIC GAMES opening and closing ceremonies, plus the daily Victory ceremonies, and BC Place will co-host the Men's and Woman's hockey games. Supermarket just 1 block away & 24 hours convenient stores on our area. Sky train station 2 blocks away, quick travel to Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey.
