This is our 2nd year renting this unit. Owners and the local property manager are great to deal with and have excellent communication. Unit is as described. New and modern. Great balcony! Awesome view and location! Walking distance to everywhere, no car needed. Would recommend this unit and we plan to rent again...!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

First of all we love PV and have been going there for 15 years. Its so much more than a "Beach Town". This property is wonderful. Great location and fantastic views.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We recently spent a week in this wonderful property and thoroughly enjoyed it.It was well equipped and very beautiful. WE loved having our morning coffee on the deck and watching all the activity going on at the beach.Access to the computer and the free telephone to Canada was certainly a bonus! The pool was very inviting because it was very hot in August! Loved the condo location because it was easy to walk to restaurants and stores. Would love to rent it againRecommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

We had a fabulous stay and how could you go wrong with such a lovely condo, beautiful furnishings, ocean views and sunsets that are breathtaking.
