The apartment offers 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), 2 bathrooms (1 bath + 1 shower), and a large living/dining room incredibly open in sky. More over, the kitchen is large, well equipped, and a room by itself and extra separate toilets are present on the entrance.
Decoration is subtile. The 2 bathroom and paintings were completely redone this spring.
If you have a car, a free indoor parking place is located right down the elevator. Rare in paris.
A doorman is present in the lobby on a 24H base. Convenient, safe and calm.
This is perfect for a family stay of 1 or a few weeks as well as for business purposes for a few months.
Neighbourhoud :
o This area of Paris is called Beaugrenelle. It is close to the “Swan island” where on can go nice walks and children enjoy playing. The sister of the statue of liberty sits there. On the other bank is located the famous Maison de la radio. The Eiffel tower is a few hundred meters (walking is possible), as well as the trocadero. Subway “Bir Hakeim” ( 5 mn by foot) takes you to the arc de Triomphe on the “Champs Elysées” in little more than 5 minutes. The “Champs de Mars” subway station will take you to the center of Paris in 10 minutes.
o The tower is located above a commercial center. Right down the tower is a Supermarket where you can shop for all basic and quality things.
o Beaugrenelle is a very convenient place to access by car. It is close to the river banks and access to the peripheric is fast.
