  The apartment is lovely – well-equipped with dishes and cookware, etc., and very comfortable for us. The free Wifi is wonderful; it was a great help to be able to be online and send emails during our stay. In Beau Paris was very professional and check in and check out procedures were really easy to follow. Thanks for a wonderful stay

  I want to thank you for the usage of the apartment. It was perfect! We were walking distance to the Eiffel tower and were able to see the other attractions by simply getting to the Metro which was very close also. Rooms are spacious and beds were very comfortable. Having the pool on the same floor was another bonus.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

  The best things about this apartment are it's location and it's ability to accomodate 6 people. We especially appreciated the large, two sink bathroom. There is a separate water closet with a toilet. It is close to the Eifel Tower and to the metro, so moving about Paris was relatively simple. It is in the far western arrondissement, though, so not centrally located, but convenient enough. No spectacular views from the apartment itself. It's in a nice neighborhood with some nice, small shops and a larger grocery store nearby. On Wednesdays and Sundays there's an open air market under the metro tracks that shouldn't be missed. The floor to ceiling windows look out on the French public broadcasting complex, not any Parisian monuments or landmark structures. You can see the Eifel Tower, but only if you stick your head out the window and turn sharply to the right. The apartment itself is nice and very functional. Security is great. Since were there in November, the pool was closed. We wouldn't have used it anyway. A spot in the parking garage was a bonus. We didn't rent a car, but a daughter joined us with a friend from London and they had a car. The owners were great to work with. No problems at all, responsive, and our deposit was returned very timely as promised. Overall, this apartment suited our needs perfectly and if travelling with a large group we would stay there again.

  My sister, daughter and I rented this apartment for 5 days in September. The apartment was clean, well appointed and the photos are very accurate. The glass wall provides jaw dropping views especially at night. The location is convenient to the Bir Hakim metro stop which is also served by the train. We used the train to visit Versailles. It was very a very easy 30 minute trip. The Charles Michel metro stop was also well used. In addition, a Monoprix market is down the block and around the corner. Thanks to the directions that are provided on the apartment door for all of the appliances, we were able to run the wash machine. Always a challenge when traveling. Thanks Jean-Noel. We used the swimming pool one night after sightseeing all day. We were the only ones in the pool and a great way to unwind. Bring your swimsuits. Karen La Costa, at the In Beau Paris office, made our airport taxi reservations for us for a small fee. This was a great stress reliever for me. Thanks, Karen. My deposit was returned promptly. I would happilly recommend this property.

  Hi Just returned from our 1 week stay at Apartment Marc. I would just like to say a massive Thank you. The apartment was lovely, and in a great location with wonderful views of the River and the Tower. Our children loved the pool and table tennis.   I stayed in the apartment for a month over the Christmas holidays and it was perfect. It was bigger than I expected and everything worked great. The grocery store is very close which was convenient and a quick walk to the metro station. During my stay there were 2-4 of us at any given time and we very comfortable in the space. I would stay here again if I get a chance to come back to Paris and will recommend to friends! Thank-you! Pat

  This is a great rental unit. We were here for 1 month and immediately felt at home. The pictures accurately described the apartment. It was maintained very well and was clean. It is located only 1 block from the Charles Michele metro and has numerous cafes/restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Also there is a large grocery store right next door which has excellent fresh foods. We had friends stay with us here and it was large enough for 4 people with feeling the least bit cramped. We had 1 small problem which was taken care of immediately by Jean-Noel. Our deposit was refunded promptly.

  We enjoyed our stay. The view was inspiring, the apartment was very comfortable, and the terrace was one of our favourite places. Having the Monoprix just outside the front door was very convenient!! The location was close to all sorts of public transit and very handy for us.
