This 60m² apt is located in a tower with exceptionnal commodities (swimming pool, 24h caretaker, parking) on the 31st floor, near the Eiffel tower and the Swan island:
An entire wall of windows runs all along the apt. It not only provides an incredible view over West Paris but also a feeling of freedom and an incredible brightness. The view at night is like a dream.
Last but not least, the building offers a private swimming pool of large size on last floor just above the apt (see photo). A ping-pong table and outside sunbathing/terrace areas are available.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. It was designed in an optimized way : both bedrooms may be fully opened on the living room thanks to large sliding panels. Thanks to this design, the living room develops all over the apt during day time. The apt feels significantly larger. It is comfortable and flooded with light. The large panels can be closed fully at any time for privacy, separating bedrooms from living room.
Living room area offers a dining table for 6, a comfortable convertible sofa for 2 and a flat TV. The whole apt is covered with wooden floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped, convenient and functionnal (but has not been refurbished recently, see photo). It offers oven, microwave oven, stoves, dishwasher, washer (no dryer) and refrigerator.
The bathroom is tiled with blue ceramics. It offers 2 sinks, a bath tub with bath and shower. Toilets are inside the apt but separated from the bathroom. Both bedroom have independent access to the shared bathroom through corridors. (note : there is only 1 bathroom in the apartment).
A doorman is present in the lobby on a 24H base. Convenient, safe and calm.
Finally, if you have a car, a free indoor parking place is located right down the elevator at level -1. Rare in Paris.
This location is a perfect base to visit Paris. The Eiffel Tower is within 10 minutes walking distance. There are 2 subway stations close, Charles Michel and Bir-Hakeim. Just down the tower , you will find a Monoprix to do your daily shopping. The apt stays 15 minute by subway to most interesting Paris locations AND is a very charming and restful area to be appreciated after a whole day shopping and walking through museums.
Neighbourhood :
• This area of Paris is called Beaugrenelle. It is close to the “Swan island” where one can go for nice walks and children enjoy playing. The sister of the statue of liberty sits there. On the other bank is located the famous Maison de la radio. The Eiffel tower is a few hundred meters (walking is possible), as well as the Trocadero. Subway “Bir Hakeim” (5 mn by foot) takes you to the Arc de Triomphe on the “Champs Elysées” in little more than 5 minutes. The “Champs de Mars” subway station will take you to the center of Paris in 10 minutes.
• Beaugrenelle is a very convenient place to access by car. It is close to the river banks and access to the peripheric is fast.

I stayed in the apartment for a month over the Christmas holidays and it was perfect. It was bigger than I expected and everything worked great. The grocery store is very close which was convenient and a quick walk to the metro station. During my stay there were 2-4 of us at any given time and we very comfortable in the space. I would stay here again if I get a chance to come back to Paris and will recommend to friends! Thank-you! Pat

This is a great rental unit. We were here for 1 month and immediately felt at home. The pictures accurately described the apartment. It was maintained very well and was clean. It is located only 1 block from the Charles Michele metro and has numerous cafes/restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Also there is a large grocery store right next door which has excellent fresh foods. We had friends stay with us here and it was large enough for 4 people with feeling the least bit cramped. We had 1 small problem which was taken care of immediately by Jean-Noel. Our deposit was refunded promptly.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed our stay. The view was inspiring, the apartment was very comfortable, and the terrace was one of our favourite places. Having the Monoprix just outside the front door was very convenient!! The location was close to all sorts of public transit and very handy for us.
