Three daughters and I had the most wonderful time in NYC. The accomidations were supererb!!!!! So many details to list but everything was present. So close to downtown or uptown!! Perfect Getaway!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We loved New York, and we loved this apartment, which more than lives up to the description and well justifies all the previous reviews. The location is ideal, in a quiet environment, yet close to all the hotspots and attractions, with many good restaurants and food stores nearby and the subway on the corner of the block. The apartment itself is clean and well maintained, with high class fixtures and fittings, and everything you could possible need, including a gym and a swimming pool in the block, and a lovely roof terrace. And what could be better than to wake up in the morning to a view of the sun glinting on the Empire State Building? We found Roy, the owner, to be very fair in our dealings with him, and he quickly dealt with any queries. My friend and I rented this apartment for 8 nights. The loaction can't be beat, walking distance to the Village, Soho as well as mid-town. Whole Foods around one corner, Trader Joe's around the other corner! The building has an outdoor pool and a beautiful rooftop patio. My partner and I spent 5 days in the apartment and it was absolutely fantastic! Everything you need is within easy reach. The apartment itself it spacious (has a walk in wardrobe), the rooftop garden, gym and outdoor pool were an added bonus. There is a Wholefoods supermarket 5 mins away which is great as the kitchen is superb with a little table and chairs to eat at. It is so easy to get everywhere. We will definitely stay here again when we next come to New York!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

The apartment is just what you need to spend a wonderful time in NYC. Great location with all amenities really close, mid distance from south and north manahattan, lot of attractions at walk distance as the empire state building, tha flatiron... Pictures are so accurate, people in the building were nice and helpful... There is no hesitation that we recommende this place for your stay in NYC. we'll definitely rent it again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Can't say enough about this studio. I stayed for 11 days this past November. Perfect location. Very quiet. The pictures are 100% accurate. The kitchen is out of a Sci fi movie. Having the washer and dryer was the best ever. Owners answered all my questions ( and there were a lot ) oh yea then there is the gym. Top of the line. I will certainly be back.
