Comfortable house a short walk to Beach. The house has a large great room ( 30 feet by 18 feet ) and there is a queen sofa bed and a futon in the great room if additional sleeping accommodations are needed. The great room has a large wall A/C and is very comfortable if needed. All rooms have just been repainted and redecorated. The eat in kitchen has a large table and eight chairs. There is also another table in the great room. The house is very roomy and quite comfortable and you will not feel closed in. Sliding glass doors from the great room lead to a deck with table, chairs, umbrella and a Weber gas grill. There is a large enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
The house is a short walk to the beach (less than five minutes) and the beach has a lifeguard on duty everyday in season. We supply beach chairs and a beach umbrella. There is also a bay beach nearby which is ideal for small children and it also has a lifeguard. This is the first season we are renting this beach house and it is clean and neat as well as reasonably priced at special low first season rates to introduce it. This house will rent quickly so call and reserve your vacation as all weeks are available right now.
