The picture windows look south to Black Mountain and the surrounding hills. 4 miles to downtown Evergreen, 1 mile to the historical Brook Forest Inn, a short hike to Maxwell Falls hiking trails, 45 minutes to Denver, and easy access to the I-70 and 285 corridors which connect to the many unique mountain towns and activities.
There are a plethora of hiking trails, lakes, and parks nearby which offer both summer and winter activities. Day trips to the higher country are easily accomplished from the property and I can recommend many wonderful day trips that encompass the wonders and beauty of Colorado. Wildlife abounds in the area and on the property: deer, elk, bear, and fox visit frequently.

There is so much to do and enjoy right at my doorstep. My background is in geology and environmental science which integrates nicely with the Colorado environs.
