The upstairs master bedroom offers a queen-size bed and ensuite with a large soaker tub. There are two more rooms upstairs and a full bathroom. The main level has a full kitchen, computer room and TV room with dvd player and digital cable. If you are looking for something smaller the basement is fully finished with one bedroom and bath and a large living area with TV and DVD player, stereo and ping pong table.
Clarkdale meadows is walking distance to parks, paved walking/bike trails. Also close to Millennium place recreational centre featuring wave pool, soccer and ice arena’s, and a fully loaded workout facility. Close to all amenities and a short 20 min drive to downtown Edmonton and all its summer festivals and attractions. Public transportation in Sherwood park is only a block away.

We used the property as base camp for our exploration throughout the province. The property was very well maintained and clean. It was a true pleasure to have all facilities available for our family of 5. It was exactly as was described in the ad, also the photos were a reflection of what it was, we recognized the house immediately from the picture, when we approached the address. The owner was very helpful with answering our questions and our concerns, you must realize that we came from the Netherlands and our lifestyle is slightly different in Europe. She helped us out and provided us with useful information regarding services as grocery stores and restaurants in the neighbourhood. We certainly had a great time and we will for sure recommend it to friends and relatives.

Our extented family was recently in the city for a wedding and we stayed in this gorgeous home! The description and photos accurately reflect this home and everything was extremely clean and tidy! The owner was great to deal with and very helpful. This home gets my highest recommendation....we had a terrific stay and would definately rent here again!
