The house is three levels and has 6 oversized bedrooms and 6 uniquely designed bathrooms. The bottom level, being the entertainment level, has a wet bar/kitchenette, a large stone fireplace, ‘TV area’, sitting area, and two bedrooms. The entertainment level has access to the two car garage and the outdoor patio which has a rock fireplace. The main living level is located just above. It features a rock fireplace, a large dining area and a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, top-of the line appliances and a beautiful island with grill and prep station.
There are two master suites on this level with full baths. The living level also opens to the large gathering deck and to the loft area above. The deck overlooks Lake Rabun and has a fireplace. The loft has hardwood floors and lots of windows to allow plenty of natural light and views of the lake- perfect for an artist’s studio. There are also two bedrooms on this level.
