We wanted a beautiful, relaxing getaway close to the beach that our family could enjoy. This penthouse offers just that, as well as gorgeous views from its large terrace and balconies.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We enjoy relaxing in the spacious, comfortable family area and dining on the large outdoor terrace in the evenings. The views are breathtaking! Our kids enjoy swimming in the private pool and riding the ocean waves during the day. We also enjoy dining out occasionally at nearby restaurants and sight seeing at nearby attractions. We attend local area shows and enjoy boardwalks, gardens, and shopping.

Yes I would recommend the condo to people,it was perfect for us,we had plenty of room,everything we needed,agreat view and a wonderful baseball week. The owners were very helpful when I called and had questions,the condo was very clean,centally located close enough to everything. The only thing that could be better was if our boys won the tournament'but we cant complain we made the top four. thank you

Just got back from a week at the SeaMark - My family of 7 and my wife's college friend for a few days as well. Property was clean, exactly as described, and the Trosts were extremely responsive to problems that sprang up (snake for masterbath drain, broken coffee maker and non-functioning stove element were all fixed same day reported). The decor was 80's all the way - you shouldn't be shocked by that as the photos give a very good representation of the property. And the view was outstanding. I was concerned about the distance to the beach before I got there - it's only about 2/10 of a mile - my 2yo easily made the distance once or twice each day without difficulty. The determining factor on whether-or-not to rent this property may be based on amenities: There are no upgrades to the property. If you're looking for a "luxury" beach stay, this may not be what you want. Appliances are old and a little temperamental as are the TVs and DVD players; The place settings don't match and the pots and pans and many of the cooking utensils weren't that great if you wanted to do any real cooking. The flip-side is that the place easily holds 8 people and they aren't cooped up at all. And if you are looking for outdoor entertaining the roof-top patio can't be beat. Also a plus was the check-in. They have a lock-box by the door so you aren't waiting for somebody to come let you in or driving half-way across town to get the key from a rental agent. As long as you know what you want out of your beach stay, this is a great property, and I'd recommend it without reservation.

In reponse to your comments regarding the kitchen, he has recenty replaced the frigerator with a new one that has a working ice machine. The views from the balconies were spectacular! The beach and pool were easily accessible. The condo was clean, a little dated, but for the money it was a great deal. Need new frying pans in the kitchen. The location of the condo was great. I have stayed in South Myrtle Beach and the Cherry Grove area and this was definitely, by far, the best location. Broadway on the Beach, Barefoot Landing and the Tanger outlets, were a short drive away. Easy access to plenty of golf, good food, putt putt (for my 4 year old), a waterpark, and grocery stores. A great vacation! Thank you.

This is a perfect place for family get togethers and entertaining. We spent a week at the beach for a family reunion and everyone gathered at our room every night. The rooms are large and the terrace is unbelievable. The condo is a bit dated but for the price and location you won't find a better place deal in Myrtle Beach. I would definately recommend this for large families and for anyone that doesn't mind walking a short block to the beach.

The condo is great and it has a million dollar view. Enjoyed the week stay at the condo, it was very comfortable. The walk to the beach is just across the street and the pool is located below the condo. The parking was very easy and close. Condo was clean and very welcoming. Condo has 2 double balconies and a huge patio. We had a great stay!!!!
