  We rented this home with 3 couples. The house was clean and comfortable. The living room had plenty of seating for TV viewing. The yard was very relaxing and we loved the pool the area. The pool is partially shaded throughout most of the day by trees, which was great when the daytime temperature hit 107 degrees! The spa was moderately warm, not hot, so we could linger there. Hans, the owner, was very helpful and easy to contact. The first morning that we arrived, the coffeemaker was not working. We contacted Hans and made an arrangement to purchase a new coffeemaker that day, for which he reimbursed us right away. The location is very convenient to shopping in La Quinta. I would readily recommend this rental to others.

• Paradise!

  We stayed at this fabulous house for a week, and loved every minute! The house was equipped with everything we could need; the kitchen made it fun to cook, and the back yard was simply perfect. Very private yard with tonnes of lush greens, and lot's of shady spots if it got too warm to sit in the sun. The pool was great for cooling off. The photos don't do this place justice! Thank you Hans and Vanessa, for an unforgettable holiday.

  This was the perfect place to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday and my mother-in-law's 70th birthday! Our 2 & 4 year olds loved the pool. My brother & sister-in-law came in from VA Beach and loved the access it had to shopping, tours, and restaurants. The house was SO comfortable for 6 adults and 2 kids. We did not at all feel on top of each other. The pictures don't do the property justice! We had never rented like this before and Hans was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. The instructions on the house and pool were perfect and easy to follow. I would most definitely recommend this property to friend or relative. My mother-in-law said it was the BEST birthday she has ever had, and we know that much of that is due to this fabulous property! We are hoping to head back this summer with our kids and another family for some more fun in the sun!

  My wife and I, our children and our grandchildren just enjoyed two wonderful weeks at the Desert Oasis in La Quinta. The house was extremely comfortable and the kids loved the pool and back yard The neighborhood is convenient to shopping and great for walking, it is a very quiet and relaxing place to spend time. We hope to go back again next year.

  Our family of 6 adults were very comfortable in this lovely, spacious home. We especially enjoyed the beautiful, private backyard - an abundance of gorgeous trees, pool, spa and sun...what more could you ask for. The location is great - easy access to wonderful golf courses, restaurants and shopping. Hans is very friendly and easy to deal with. Pre arrival instructions were detailed and precise. We look forward to returning to La Quinta.

  Spectacular private backyard is filled with lime and banana trees, fig and eucalyptus as well. Complimenting the gorgeous foliage is a large, well manicured lawn. Such a beautiful view as you swim in the fantastic pool. Watch the hummingbirds flit by while you enjoy a poolside BBQ lunch on the garden furniture. The house interior is tastefully decorated with plenty of room throughout. The central location is ideal, with just a quick drive to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Hans was prompt with communication and supplied straightforward house instructions. This home has everything you will need to make your vacation one to remember!

  We stayed here for a week, and had a fabulous time! The house was everything we could have hoped for and more. The backyard especially was a dream! Beautiful landscaping, and the private pool/hot tub was amazing! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. Hans was very helpful. His instructions were thorough, and he answered all emails promptly. Wish we could have stayed longer...we've been to the Palm Springs area before, but this was definitely our best stay. Hope we can come back next year! Highly recommended!

  The pictures under estimate this beautiful home and yard. Our stay at this property in La Quinta was by far the best we have experienced. The yard is gorgeous and private, and the pool and hot tub were very clean and maintaned. Hans is very honest and helpful, and his pre-arrival instructions left nothing to question. I would, without hesitation, recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway to the Palm Springs area. Looking for a great restaurant? Try "Stuft Pizza" in Old Town La Quinta. The food is great, and quite reasonably priced. WE WILL BE BACK !!!!!!

  We just returned Oct. 17,2010 from a wonderful week at this property. It is truly a beautiful home away from home. The amenities are great and the back yard with pool and spa is to die for!!!! The place was clean and holds everything necessary for a couple or family. The beds were extremely comfortable and was so conveniently located. It was our first time in the area and we will ceretainly return. There is so much to do and the shopping is so near at hand. The property is so well kept and the owners were so warm and friendly and easy to deal with......

  If you are looking for rest and relaxation, this is the place! We spent a wonderful week here and cannot wait to go back. Our son and daughters really enjoyed the pool. Hans is great to deal with. What you see is what you get, you will not be disappointed!
