Our villa is privately owned and cared for - we are on the island regularly - and our linens/cleaning service is the best on the island!

Year Purchased: 2003
We honeymooned on the Island back in the 80's and dreamed of one day owning our own place here. We were able to buy our villa after 18 years married! Duane is a skilled carpenter and did all of the renovations himself aside from the new tile flooring. I helped paint and decorate! The design is simple, uncluttered, comfortable, functional - and beachy but understated. Our villa neighbors are envious!
Why the Owner Chose SeaSide Villas
We vacationed on South Forest Beach for 10 years before we purchased at Seaside. This is the widest beach on the East Coast and the most beautiful. Seaside Villas are one of the few properties on the Island that are beach-front - NOT across the road or across the Island from the ocean!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We can walk to Coligny Plaza for shopping or dining and walk on the beach to ocean-front bars at Holiday Inn & Marriott. We enjoy biking to Sea Pines and the Forest Preserve - only 10 minutes down the road. Bike rentals are just across the street from the property! We can even bike to the close-by grocery store - or hop in the car for a quick run to Blockbusters only 5 minutes away.
