This spacious one bedroom unit is fully furnished and can sleep four very comfortably. Within walking distance is Kamaole Beach III which is right across the street. The property has two pools with jacuzzi's, many BBQ's throughout, the property and tennis courts and an area available for parties at the main pool.
Recent renvoations include: new carpet installation, freshly repainted interior, new draperies and upgrades in kitchen and electrical system. Renovations complete July of 2010.
The unit is on the first floor with just a few steps and is easily accessible for those that have difficulty walking. Enjoy Maui's legendary sunsets and beautiful native birds from our patio. We as owners, visit several times a year to upgrade the unit for your comfort. This is a quiet, peaceful, well maintained and beautiful unit for your next vacation!

Aloha and welcome to our condo in Kihei, Maui. We hale from Hilo, Hawaii. Maui is a place that my parents truly loved. They visited the islands, specifically Maui since the 1950's. They fell in love with Maui and have visited ever since. We have owned this unit since the late 1980's and it has brought our family great happiness. We hope you will enjoy our bright sunsets and gentle ocean waves as we have in the past years. We love Maui and hope that you will have the opportunity to visit as well.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We enjoy the comfort of two pools on the property as well as being able to walk right across the street to the beach. We also like that it is quite a large unit and very spacious. It has all the comforts of home and it is in close proximity to the many recreational activities we enjoy.

In Nov. '09, my husband and I spent just over 2 weeks in this spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped condo. The location is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants and right near the lower (quiet) pool within the complex. There are sea glimpses from the main lanai which has a deluxe patio set. Beach toys, snorkel gear and even games are available in this quiet unit. We've stayed in Maui several times and have now found a condo to which we wouldn't hesitate to return - it can't be soon enough!

My husband and I spent two weeks in this condo and found it to be a perfect Maui retreat. It is in a great location in the complex, has beautiful patio furniture and is very quiet and serene. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with every utensil you could possible need. We would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a wonderful Maui getaway.
