Florence I Condos have been a long time Padre favorite with Winter Texans and summer visitors, offering a convenient and beautiful location at an incredible price. The recently remodeled building boasts new elevator, fresh paint inside and out, limited covered parking, a beautiful pool, great hot tub, and comfortable patio area with lounge chairs.

Our updated beachfront condo has tile floors, ceiling fans, a balcony with chairs over looking the gulf, one bedroom with a NEW KING EUROTOP MATTRESS and bedroom furniture, and TV, and a bunkbed alcove down the hall with privacy curtains. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc. We have a new FLAT SCREEN TV in the living area.

There are washers and dryers in the complex.

  • this property is right on the beach. it has a beautiful view of the gulf and covered parking. the condo, itself, was perfect for us. i have two little boys that loved the bunk-beds.
