No detail has been overlooked in this fabulous brand new gulf front cottage located in the heart of Seaside. It has the capacity to accommodate up to 14 guests.
On the first floor you will find three bedrooms with unique private baths. The a bunk room has six oversized bunks and six lockers with access to the first floor porch- perfect for the kids to enjoy. This room is also equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen bed with double doors opening onto the lower porch and a flat screen TV and the third bedroom overlooking Seaside features a queen bed and flat screen TV. There is a large electric dumb waiter that services all floors for ease in transporting groceries, luggage and the like.
On the second floor you will find beautiful wide planked flooring. One king bedroom overlooks Seaside with full bath and a flat screen TV. The exquisite master suite has a king size bed, sofa and coffee table and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom features a custom steam shower and Jacuzzi overlooking the sea. The master bedroom also features private access to a second floor porch with a hanging bed and welcoming sofas and chairs – perfect for relaxing and reading a book.
On the third floor you will find a open floor plan that encompasses the kitchen and living area with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. The kitchen is every cook’s dream with the finest appliances available- a Wolf double oven and cook top, microwave drawer, Sub Zero refrigerator and a Sub Zero beverage center- the perfect place to entertain your family! In addition, there is a bar area with an ice machine and small sink.
On the island, there are 6 bar stools for easy serving and there is a seven foot long dining table made of aged cypress to seat another eight. In the living room you will find a large wood burning fireplace with a beautiful cypress mantle, custom designed surround sound audio and visual entertainment systems including a 56” flat screen TV and blue-ray DVD player, and bookshelves filled with the latest thrillers.
Also located on the third floor is a storage pantry and a half bath. The deck on the third floor has a magnificent view of the Gulf and includes seating for 17. There is a large gas grill and a spiral staircase that takes you to the widow’s walk where you have an uncompromised view of the Gulf and all of Seaside and it’s spectacular architecture. On the widow’s walk are chaise lounges where you can relax and enjoy the sun. For your convenience there is running water, speakers and a volume control for the music system. There are amazing gulf views from all floors and from the widow’s walk- this is truly an exquisite property.

The house, Beausoleil, is located directly on the Gulf and it provides a spectacular view. No matter the time of day, looking South to the Gulf is spectacular. Whether watching fireworks on the 4th of July or the sunrise or set, it will captivate you. Beausoleil is a wonderful house that all of your family will enjoy- from the kids who love to pile up in the bunk room to the chef who loves to cook in the world class kitchen.
