Third floor walk-up to a large and very comfortable condo. New carpet throughout in 2010. New sofa and love seat in 2011. New range in 2014. This condo 'rested' during 2014 and is available again for weekly rentals starting in May 2015. Flat screen televisions in the three bedrooms and the living room with cable TV new 2015.
Two bedrooms ( one with queen bed, one with full bed) plus large loft with 2 twin and one full bed. The kids love the spiral stairs up to the loft. East facing clerestory windows let the morning light into the living area. Back porch overlooks the outdoor pool. Indoor pool building was remodeled in 2010. The old plastic walls and roofing have been replaced with new bright green transparent siding. It looks like the Emerald City and is a very pleasant place to be.
Paper goods such as toilet tissue and paper towels are not provided. Soaps and cleaners are not included. Kroger is about 2 miles away and Walmart is about 4 miles away.

Thanks for taking a look at my condo. You deal directly with the owner. I rent directly to you with no middle man. All rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 4PM. Checkout is at 10AM. Spring and Fall weeks total amount due is $984. Summer total is $1208. This total includes all taxes and fees and if there have been no damages, $200 is refunded after the keys are returned.
I will quote a price and payment schedule by email. I will reserve for you on your email reply that you accept the terms and want to rent. You would confirm by sending payment per the terms.

Why the Owner Chose Heron Pointe: Heron Pointe has it all! There are both indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor pool building wall and ceiling panels were replaced in 2010. This structure also has a sauna. It is an easy walk of a few hundred yards down to the beach. Ocean Annie's beach bar is right down the hill. Live music all season and then some. The complex was recently remodeled and is in excellent condition.
