I would just love to say what a wonderful time my family had in this beautiful condo. It is centrally located and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had plenty of room and it just felt like home! Craig is an absolute pleasure to deal with and we will definitely stay there again on a future vacation!

Our family had a very nice time. We left a couple days early because of hurricane Irene, but had a great time none the less. Previous feedback very accurate. Great walk to the beach, great pools, great fishing. Communications with the owner were very pleasant both at home and at the condo. Hoping to book same week next year.

After coming to Myrtle Beach for 15 years, this is the nicest unit we have stayed in. In the past we have stayed in ocean front units but decided to scale back a little this year. We are very glad we did. The walk to the beach, Straw Market, or Ocean Annie's is shorter than anyone may think, and in no way an inconvenience at all. The pools and surroundings of Heron Pointe make it a very pleasureable place to stay. The condo is just beautiful inside and dealing with the owner was as easy as can be. We definitly look forward to staying here again. Thanks for everything.

Summer vacation 2011

This was our first time staying at a condo in Myrtle Beach. This wasn't just a "Condo". This was more like our "Condo". The description and photos are as if I had posted them. I wasn't sure about the walk to the beach, until our first day. WOW! A 3 minute walk. That's it! I was expecting 10 minutes. The location of the condo was perfect to everything. From the Bargin Shops to major chain groecery stores to the best of resturants. This will be our "Condo" every year we come back to Myrtle Beach. If you want a place to stay, I HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone that wants a PERFECT vacation. The owners were very attentive to all my questions.

Rented this condo for the first time and i must say it was perfect. Clean and well taken care of and only seconds away from the beach. I will personally rent this again and will recomend to anyone!

Thanksgiving Get Away

Great accomodations in this unit. Teenage boys loved the loft bedroom. The indoor pool and sauna were great too! Definitely would recommend this unit.

Comfortable, Relaxing and Accessible

This was definitely a home away from home. The condo is very spacious and comfortably furnished. The location has convenient access to all area POI. It was very clean and well maintained. The community was quiet and peaceful and included all the amenities we were looking for in our accommodations. The owners took care in providing things with the rental to help make our stay so much more enjoyable than if we had obtained alternative lodging. I’m looking forward to renting here again in the future and have recommended it to all my friends.

relaxing vacation

The condo is exactly as pictured, sometimes renting sight unseen is hard. The owner was very pleasant to work with. Close to dining, shopping, amusement and putt putt. We loved the unit and it was very spacious. The Heron Pointe community is well maintained with attractive landscaping. Shade trees every where and the beach is a very short walk away. The owner also provides beach chairs, mats, boogie boards and sand toys. Definitely like home away from home, we absolutely loved the condo and had a great vacation!!!!

my friends and i thourghly enjoyed our stay this past april. the unit is very clean, great location and the owner was very helpful, as for the unit everything was as it should be.we will be back again next year. in ten years going to myrtle beach this is by far the best place we have stayed.

My family and I rented this condo in Heron Pointe and we were pleasantly surprised! Nice, clean, convenient spot both within the condo association, but also to the beach! Although this condo is just steps from the beach, it is also tucked back and away from the constant commotion of the onshore beach resorts. Great place to seek quiet surroundings when needed. Smooth transactions with owner, nothing was unnecessarily complicated. We look forward to our next visit!!!

Our Winter Getaway

My wife and I thourghly enjoyed our stay this past Jan, Feb, & Mar. The unit is clean and well maintained and is in a perfect location. The owners are very acommedating and helpful. The indoor swimming complex is very nice and we used it several times. This beach is a short walk from the complex. We look forward to spending many more winters at this fine facility.
