Enjoy an immaculate, spacious end unit condominium with direct views of the ocean and sunrises from the living room and balcony. You will enjoy the privacy of your own beach while dining on your oceanfront balcony. This light and airy, cozy, cottage like condo is 2,059 sq. ft. and is situated directly next to a natural turtle preserve park. This unique location offers more privacy and a beautiful view of the natural fauna and flora to the north in addition to the direct view of the ocean to the east.
The newly remodeled kitchen is open to the view of the ocean and the counter top offers seating for a casual meal. In addition to the dining room, there is a breakfast area adjacent to the kitchen as well.
There is a TV in each bedroom including the living room. Each bedroom is attractive and spacious. Also, enjoy a heated oversize swimming pool, his and her saunas, an exercise room with a TV and a beautiful view of the ocean and a 400 sq. ft. reading or entertainment area complete with full kitchen. On site is a newly constructed tennis court and putting golf green.
The beach is clean and swimmable, and sometimes the waves are big enough to attract the local surfers. You can enjoy walking on the beach picking up shells for miles in either direction. You will pass several fishermen casting their lines from the shore. You will often see a school of dolphin swimming a short distance offshore, and the resident pelicans nose-diving into the ocean in search of a meal. May through October is "turtle nesting season" and each morning you will be able to see where the giant female turtles came ashore during the night and buried their eggs in the sand.
Melbourne Beach is located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River, through which the Inland Coastal Waterway runs. Therefore, both ocean and river boating and sailing opportunities abound. The area boasts of many waterfront restaurants, entertainment, marinas with boat rentals and fishing charters. There are several golf courses within minutes away.
Orlando and its many attractions, including Disney World, Sea World, and Universal is only 90 minutes away. A 30 minute drive will take you north to Cocoa Beach and its pier, where you can fish, eat at one of the several restaurants or listen to live entertainment. Port Canaveral, where you can arrange a cruise to The Bahamas and other destinations is a short 45 minute drive to the north and Cape Kennedy is just north of Port Canaveral. To the south is the "fishing-village" of Sebastian which has several seafood restaurants. The Melbourne Square Mall is only 15 minutes away, as is the Melbourne Airport. The Orlando airport is 50 miles west. The city of Melbourne is very proud of its Historic Downtown Melbourne which offers quaint shops, antique shops, restaurants and nightly entertainment. The second Friday of every month offers a nightly street festival for all locals to enjoy music and food.
