Where else can you find a 1700 sq ft duplex with a boat slip, its own ramp and tons of parking for your trailer and cars! Your family can enjoy the beach that is just a short block away or all the amenities of the boardwalk and downtown area only a mile away. You can swing under the covered back porch or sit on the large dock and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Another plus is that this unit is on the ground floor so there are no steps to hassel with. There aren't even steps to the dock area!

The new Fort Fisher Aquarium is only five miles away and downtown Wilmington only ten miles. Carolina Beach is one of the few in the state that you can drive on to fish or swim year round at either the North or South ends. For the fishermen, there is also a cleaning station and commercial ice maker on the dock. There is also a hot and cold shower on the dock for cleanup after a day at the beach.

There are 5 twin beds and 4 double beds.
