Relax and enjoy the peace and serenity of a private 3,200 sq ft pool home. Situated within an exclusive gated community, this property offers security and total privacy within its walls. This Rancho Mirage property is situated between the San Bernardino and San Jacinto mountain ranges giving you a sense of total isolation from the world.
Start off your day by playing tennis at the nearby community tennis courts. Take a morning walk through St Augustine’s parks and meander by ponds and streams that reflect the surrounded mountains. If you feel adventurous you can hike many of the nearby mountain trails.
Great Room:
The central Great room with fireplace and entertainment center over looking the loggia and pool. This is the hub of this home. The Great room includes a large wet bar equipped with wine refrigerator. The formal dining room which seats 8 is just beyond the elegant foyer as you enter the home.
Bedrooms & Baths:
The spacious Master bedroom with King bed with French doors open and go to the pool and spa.
Bathroom has an oversized tub and separate shower with duel sinks. The Master bedroom has a large walk in closet. Each of the three bedrooms have king sized beds, TV, large closets, attractive furnishings and private full bathroom.
The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, TV, large closet and private full bathroom. The Casita has its own private entrance. A powder room is located off the foyer.
Full Kitchen:
The 5-burner gas Cook top, Dishwasher, Dual Ovens and Microwave are all GE Monogram appliances. An abundance of cooking utensils, baking pans, silverware, glasses and dishes will be found in this granite countertop kitchen. A Large central island is adjacent in the kitchen overlooking dining table, great room, patio and pool area. The dining areas inside and out lend themselves to both formal and informal entertainment. A covered loggia with BBQ gives ample shade for afternoon drinks and evening dinners.
Outdoors:
The backyard is an entertainer’s delight. With a 36 foot pool and a spa that seats 8-10 people, you won't ever want to leave this paradise. The spa has a tranquil waterfall that cascades into the salt water pebble tech pool.
An umbrella sits on the tanning ledge which allows you to stay cool sitting in a chair and tan. There are plenty of areas to get sun and there is a large covered patio area great for guests who like the outdoors, but not the direct sunlight. Professional landscaping includes: Palm trees, flowering plants and lawn areas.
Amenities:
There is a more-than-ample supply of towels for your use during your stay. A large laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer and sink is off the hallway.
The house is fully air-conditioned with two separate systems, as well as having a ceiling fan in each bedroom and Great room. Wireless internet access and free local. The house is ideally located within walking distance from Mission Hills Country Club, as well numerous other World class golf courses, excellent dining, shopping at El Paseo and The River which also has movie theatre.
There are movie theatres throughtout the city just minutes from the house. The McCullum theatre and the Aqua Caliente Casino are both within 10 minute drive. For your household needs you can find Costco, Smart and Final, Super Walmart and Sam's Club are all just 10 minutes away as well.
This is our home for much of the year and we make every effort to maintain the house in a perfect condition. We expect the same consideration from our renters. No smoking and no pets of any kind are allowed.
