  Thanks Dan Dennis for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. It was prettier than the pictures and we had everything we needed. The condo was so clean. The view was beautiful from the balcony. We never had to wait on the elevators more than a few minutes. Everyone at Calypso was so nice. The only complaint we had was that the heated pool was so cold that hardly no one would get in the pool. It warmed up a little bit when it was time for us to leave. This was by far one of the nicest condos that we have ever stayed in and we have been coming to Panama City Beach for about 20 yrs. and we would for sure rent from you again. We had a wonderful time. Thanks again We rented a pontoon and went to Shell Island and it was so much fun. Pier Park is very nice and so close to Calypso with many shops and rides for the kids. We ate somewhere different every night but we would recomment Boondocks for a wonderful meal. We had a wonderful vacation, Thanks again

I've gotten a new sofa sleeper, painted, and added a lot of new decorations since the last round of photos. Sorry about the pool temperature. I'll contact the condo management tomorrow.   Thank you, Dan for sharing your beautiful condo with us. The unit is even nicer than the pictures and it had everything we needed. Dan is awesome to work with and we definitely will rent from again. Calypso is very well maintained and the elevators were fast. Pier Park is just a short stroll away and we enjoyed Five Guy's Burgers. We loved the view from the balcony and the sugar white beach. We recommend trying Sonny's Real Pit Bar-B-Que, Sharky's and don't forget a breakfast trip to Thomas Donut's (they are delicious!) We took Aquatics Adventure's 2 Hour Waverunner Tour to see the Dolphin's and stopped at Shell Island and found some great seashells! What an awesome vacation we had!!!

  The property was exactly as described. The owner is as nice as they come. I would recommend renting this property to anyone!! We will be staying here many more times in the years to come. We have stayed at several different condos in this building. By far this is the nicest yet!

  Thank so much for allowing us to stay in your condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing! We had the pleasure of watching fireworks off the pier on our first night there! We will definetly will come again! Thanks again!!!

I haven't seen them myself, but I can only imagine how beautiful they are from the 17th floor balcony. Maybe I'll get lucky and see them on one of my trips. And yes, please come back. When you're quietly sitting sometime, just listen in your mind for the peaceful sound of the waves gently breaking on the beach, calling you back to Calypso.

  Our vacation could not have been more perfect! Thank you so much Dan for all your help and information to make it so easy to settle in for an awesome week. The condo was beautiful and fit our every need. We also enjoyed the fabulous 17th floor view. This was our fourth stay at the Calypso Resort and would definitely go back there again. Thanks again for everything!

  Fantastic well equipped and maintained Condo; the beach and surf were beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun, swimming, snorkeling, and walking on the beach. Snorkeling in the crystal clear waters was amazing the sea life was easy to see and photograph. Everyone had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return. Thank you

  What a great experience! The owner was wonderful to work with start to finish. The condo is beautiful and well kept, complete with everything we needed. The beach service was a nice bonus! The location next to the Pier Park is perfect, no driving necessary. I have already recommended to many friends! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

  This is such a beautiful condo. Our group always enjoys our week here. Margaritaville had the best Mahi Mahi while we were there and everything is SO close, we rarely needed the car. The 17th floor balcony has a great view. We loved watching the dolphins in the morning. One day we even saw sting rays jumping out the water!! We hope to be back in this condo next year!!

  Wow! This is such a great place. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The condo was filled with all the amenities and even some extras. The location of the condo is perfect for walking to Pier Park. The grounds are very well kept and the staff and security are top notch. The owner was super to work with and helpful in all ways.
