  Our family just returned from a wonderful vacation in San Diego. The condo handily accommodated 5 people, my husband, 2 children, and sister. My sister and older child shared one bed, and bedroom; the baby slept in the pack 'n play (provided with the unit) with us. It was clean, and well stocked with towels, linens, detergent for the washing machine, and the dishwasher, enough dishes for cooking quick meals (they need a new kettle, though!), there is a grill on the shared walkway accessible through the kitchen door, a booster for a small child, and the shelf outside is stocked with beach toys. Upon arrival, we discovered the internet was not working, but a quick call to the agent provided advice, and the problem was resolved. The pictures on this website are exactly as the unit appears, so if you decide to rent this unit you know what you're getting. The kids loved the park, and the beach, which are just a few steps away, through the electric gate. We walked around the bay, to the Pacific side, down to the roller coaster. The proximity to Sea World cannot be beat, it's about 5 minutes, if that, the zoo is also close, the Birch aquarium and La Jolla are a bit further, about 20 minutes, but well worth the trip, especially for kids who are fascinated by ocean life. For anyone visiting, I'd recommend good walking shoes, sun screen, and a light jacket as evenings and mornings are chilly. For families with young children it is quiet, and secure, and the little patio is a great for letting small children play. If people decide to cook, Vons is nearby, and Target is fairly close by for last minute shopping needs. We hope to go back again, as long as the children can share a bed!

  This condo is newly redecorated and very comfortable. The beds are excellent; we slept better here than at home! The neighboring residents are very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, steps from Mission Beach, and a easy 1/2 mile walk down Mission Beach to the ocean, and close to many San Diego tourist sites. The rental agent is very nice and very helpful. Hard to do better at this price!

  This unit fit my parents, my husband, me and our 2 year old daughter very comfortably. It was sufficiently outfitted with baby gate, portable high chair and full kitchen. We enjoyed our on-the-beach location, found the local grocery stores very nearby and cooked just about every meal at home. Our daughter loved going to the neighboring park & the playground and the bay and ocean beaches everyday, making an easy time of babysitting for grandma and grandpa. We've stayed in 2 other Mission Beach condos, and at the Catamaran 3 times. This was by far our best vacation to Mission Bay/Beach. This condo made a week's vacation a relaxing, beautiful breeze of fresh air in our favorite location. The listing was exactly as described. The Property Manager was very easy to get on touch with and took extra efforts to address to our questions and requests. The photos accurately represent the site. The condo and surrounding property was clean, quiet and well-maintained.

  My husband and I were visiting our daughters for the holidays and stayed in this condo. We loved the location. The bay is right outside your door. We borrowed bikes and biked for miles along the bay and ocean, stopping at great seaside restaurants along the way. The bay is great for long walks, too. The condo was very clean and spacious. Everything you need is there. We really enjoyed our stay!

  Clean and every thing you need for eating in and great access for long walks along Sail Bay and MB boardwalk. Easy access to I-5, airport, or anywhere else. We enjoyed it very much!

  My family and I (including 2 children 3yo and 1yo) stayed here in 7/2010. The location couldn't be any better. You are steps to the beach and serene baywater. There is an adorable park adjacent to the property which our children loved. You can swim in the pool while still enjoying the beautiful views. Seaworld, the Zoo, and Legoland are all a short drive away. My son even asked when we returned home if we could go back to our "vacation house" because he liked it more. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything essential was provided for guests traveling by plane or car. You really can't go wrong with this unit; has a perfect location and a beautiful interior. I would highly recomend it to anyone and we plan on coming back again.
