Welcome to the Beverly Serral Signature Rental home at 43 Shell Ring at Carolina Place in Sea Pines.
Our philosophy as owners is that your vacation experience- be it 3 days or 3 months- should be completely comfortable. We accomplish this by offering a spotlessly clean home, beautifully decorated, and we have equipped our homes with what we consider to be absolute necessities for a comfortable stay:
Top of the list: CLEAN. And we mean CLEAN in ALL CAPS! We are told over and over that our homes are the cleanest our guests have ever stayed in. It is one of Signature hallmarks and we take CLEAN seriously.
43 Shell Ring is light and bright and totally fresh! A few of our favorite things: Great electronics, crisp, cotton sheets and fluffy pillows, super stylish furnishings and mattresses, plus great beach equipment. The carpets are clean and fresh smelling always.
The bright, open kitchen is a great place to boil fresh shrimp and corn on the cob...or order pizza from Island favorite, Mellow Mushroom, or grab a take-and-bake from T.J.'s, both just 2 minutes away.
There is also a great grilling deck with gas grill. Have you ever rented a vacation home only to find that the glassware is old and mismatched, the cookware is nearly non-existent, and that there MIGHT be one or two old wine glasses hidden back in the dark, stained cabinets? We have!! And we did not want that experience to greet our guests!
Open from the kitchen are two sitting and conversation areas, one with 39" HD/LCD/DVR television, and both open to the spacious deck overlooking the Carolina lake.
4 bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with "down alternative" pillows- great for those who may be allergic, as well as LCD TV/DVD in each room. Baths are all new and spic and span! There is a big laundry room with space for hanging wet things after swimming. Ceiling fans and cool AC make even the inside breezy!
Stay connected to the outside world (if you must) with high speed wireless internet.
Are comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and service of value to you? They are to us as well! PETS: We regret that our owners at 43 Shell Ring are highly allergic, so only people are allowed here. Please inquire on other Beverly Serral Signature Rentals that do welcome pets if your party has gone to the dogs.....
BEACH PROXIMITY: Hop in your car and drive to Sea Pines Beach Club in 2 minutes. There you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas, sip a cool drink at the Beach Bar, or grab a freshly grilled burger from the grill. Children's activities, full baths, and a shore store complete the Beach Club. The beach is really too far to walk, but you can bike to the beach in about 15 minutes through the Frest Preserve. See map in our binder at the house. There is plenty of parking at the Beach Club, but in Summer, we suggest best parking is before 10 am or after 2 pm.
LOCATION: Mapquest or GoogleMap 43 Shell Ring, Hilton Head, 29928, to see the exact location. Carolina Place is very close to the Greenwood gate of Sea Pines, and less than 5 minutes by car to any point in Sea Pines.
BIKING: Biking is the BEST in Sea Pines. You can have adult and child-sized bikes, toddler seats, and pull-alongs all delivered and waiting for you when you arrive. Please see our Guest Pak that you will receive when you inquire with your prospective dates of reservation.
BEACH EQUIPMENT: We have 6 folding beach chairs at the house along with a big beach umbrella, coolers, sand toys and lots of beach towels. Take the umbrella with you to the beach OR, if you prefer, you can rent traditional chairs and umbrellas directly from the lifeguards. Full information is in our Guest Pak.

BEST PRICE?: Please note that we sincerely appreciate your interest in our home, but that we ADHERE FIRMLY to the generous discount policies listed here. Our guests have always found extraordinary value and comfort in our property. We look forward to welcoming you as well!
HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR TOTAL RATE: For a week long stay, start with your rental rate (below), then add 11% for sales and lodging taxes, then add $45 for damage insurance policy (required!). This is your total-- no additional charges for "administrative" or " booking" fees.
SHORT STAYS: Start with the weekly rate, then pro-rate for your number of nights (see minimum), then add $225 for departure cleaning, then add 11% taxes, then add $45 damage insurance to arrve at total.
DISCOUNTS FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: Book 8-21 days in advance of arrival and receive 15% off published rate. Book 7 or fewer days in advance and receive 25% off published rate. First adjust the rate for the discount, then add taxes, (and cleaning if a short stay) and insurance.
WINTER OR LONG TERM RENTALS: Buy 3 weeks and get one free! No tax is required for rentals 90 days or longer. Ask about our winter "Super Specials".
MULTI-WEEK SPRING, SUMMER, FALL RENTALS: 5% discount off weekly rate.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Calculated as 7% of your final total less the damage insurance, this optional yet encouraged program protects your entire group from financial loss of your vacation dollars. Ask for details when you inquire.

- Linens Provided : You will LOVE the cush linens. We only outfit our beds with super comfy 400 thread count, all cotton sheets, and soft cotton blankets. We make sure you have extra pillows and blankets and that everything is fresh and clean! Plus lots of all cotton towels, too.

You definitely deserve the best nest you can find... this is it!
The BEST neighborhood pool in Sea Pines with lots of room to spread out, green grass, sun and shade, plus 4 tennis courts.

We are so picky about where we stay, esp about the decor, so when we started planning a New Year's trip to HH back in the summer for a friend's 50th, I thought that surely, getting a huge jump on reservations woould make searching a breeze. Wrong! I wasted so much time on the internet looking at pictures, checking dates and trying to find something decent in Sea Pines- beyond frustrating. I finally found this place. It was well-decorated and so comfortable. Heck, the soap even matched the bathtub! The layout really worked for us - m bdrm on the main floor, our college daughter's boyfriend in a room midway up the stairs w/ a bathroom, and my daughters on the top floor w/ their own bedroom. I think that their 2 rooms shared a bath. The house had everything, including those "little things" that you have at home, except it's not cluttered like my house: scissors; pens & a notepad in the kitchen; trash bags; dishwashing/washer soap; coffee filters; sweeteners and sugar packets; salt/pepper and spices; internet guides by every tv and a gas fireplace. The company who handles the rentals was fabulous to deal with. Really - fabulous. There were two women we dealt with - one owned the company and another handled all the details. Loved them. We arrived to find a basket filled with coffee, bananas, oreos, microwave popcorn, and cute coosies for the hubby's beer, which he very much appreciated. Like a dummy, I emailed to ask where the outside trash was because I misunderstood something my husband said, and the next morning, someone called and said they were coming by to pick it up. The service was better than any vacation rental we've had before, and we've had alot. The ones in Amelia Island are the WORST. This house was much better-looking too, and the price was super-reasonable. I will rent from the company again and may rent the same house, depending on where we need to be. The only negative- and it's small - is that the seagrass rug in the kitchen needs to be replaced or cleaned. It's not terrible but not ideal for the kitchen, although it looked great and is so nice to have a rug. Note to owners if they read this: FLOR tiles would be perfect. It probably sounds like it, but I don't work for the company, know them or the owners, and will not get anything for posting this review. But of all the vacation places we've rented, this was the best, and I think good behavior (and decorating!) should be rewarded.

We LOVED this home! My husband, two teenagers, and my parents loved everything about Hilton Head and this home. Everyone had their own room....my parents loved the large master bedroom with the large bathroom and access to the deck....my daughter loved the loft room with the two twin beds because she had a friend stay with her for a couple nights.....we cooked lots of meals in the stocked kitchen and played card games every night at the large dining room table....it was great to be able to do our laundry there....lots of beach towels provided......we rented bikes for the week and rode them every day, on the paths and on the beach....we loved sitting out on the deck and even spotted a couple alligators at the edge of the water just taking in the sun every morning....the owners are wonderful to deal with and provide all the information that a person could ask for....when we go back to Hilton Head, this home will be our first choice for accommodations...we loved it!

My family loved staying at 43 Shell Ring Road. There were so many "cush" extras that we have not experienced at other rental houses. The cleanliness was above and beyond. I would gladly recommend this to all!!
