The wrap around kitchen is impressive with French doors that open out to a lush closed in back yard with plenty of stylish seating areas perfect for entertaining, gatherings or small weddings.
The second floor has a huge master bedroom with seating area, 2 walk in closets and bath with shower. There are 2 additional bedrooms which share the main bath with tub and shower. A sun/reading room is located off of one of the bedrooms over the carport.

Why the Owner Chose Miami
I have always been fascinated with older Mediterranean/Spanish architecture in the area. When I found out this gem was up for sale, I could not resist taking it over and restoring it to its original splendor. When it was completed, I named it "Maison Maroc" because of its distinct Moroccan arches and details. Most of the homes in this area were built in the 20's and are very different in architectural styles, which makes the Buena Vista neighborhood very unique. It is centrally located with great access to the action without being in the middle of all the congestion.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Adjacent to Buena Vista is the Design District area. Just 5 blocks from the house are wonderful restaurants and upscale shops and is a lovely area to go for a stroll. An 8 minute drive across the causeway will take you to a very peaceful beach area. A few minutes further south you will find South Beach, a very fun bustling area with lots of restaurants, shops, clubs and activities. About 6 minutes south of the house is the Performing Arts Center featuring major operas, ballets and shows. A little further south is the American Airlines Arena featuring top concerts and sporting events. It is a very spacious house, perfect for families and parties sharing accommodations. It provides ample space, privacy and parking.

Multi-million dollar celebrity homes and neighboring islands accessible by boat tours.
