We just returned from our week stay in the condo, which we intend on renting again. The view from the room is better than the pictures and the condo was well kept and nice. The best part I felt was the pool is right below the unit, which was great for our two boys who enjoyed swimming with out mom hovering over them the whole time. Beautiful beaches and lots of great dinning. If you enjoy golf, the free rounds more than make up for the room cost.

The owner of the property was great to work with, and the location is fantastic. The condo complex was exactly what I was expecting and great for a Destin vacation. I would say that this unit could really benefit from some updating. In particular, carpet is certainly not a great idea for a beach condo. Even with constant vacuuming, the months and years of visitors with sandy feet left the carpet really dirty. We have a toddler that was filthy from crawling around on the carpet. In summary, I would easily stay in this same complex again, but would certainly pick a different unit.

We had a blast! The views from the patio were breathtaking, and the bunk beds were fun. The condo was clean and maintained. It was great to swim at the pool, but being at the sandy beach was fabulous. There were lots of things to do in town too. It was hard to fit everything into a week!
