Our Villa is located in the Village of Chatham. The Chatham and Calumet pools are just a short walk away. You can play anyone of 4 executive Golf Courses or Nancy Lopez CC, or Glenview CC both 27 hole courses in a matter of moments from our Villa.
In the evening, enjoy a golf cart ride to anyone of our two Town Squares. There you will find live nighty entertainment to dance to under the stars. The two Town Squares have a number of restaurants for your enjoyment.

The property is nice, but be careful dealing with the owners. They kept our security deposite last year stating we trashed the house. Actually we left in better shape than when we arrived. At 73 years of age my wife and I through parties or trash another persons property. It is just a way the owners can keep your security deposite. We stayed the month of 02/2010 Beware
Owner response:Upon their arrival, they stated that the previous year they stayed in the villages that the owner kept their deposit. Claiming that the property was left dirty and not the way they were given the property. These same renters departed our property in the middle of the night and we found our property in the same dirty condition the next morning. These people rented Feb 2010 and were not 73 years of age. They left in such a hurry that they forgot there Golf GPS, which was returned at my expense. OWNERS BEWARE
