Relax and enjoy the Johnson Ranch community in this newly furnished 1500 sq. ft. 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home. The back yard overlooks the 4th tee of the par 72 championship golf course and San Tan mountains.
There are a variety of activities/parks in the community including the par 72 golf course, a pitch and putt course, 3 swimming pools, spa, catch and release fishing pond, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts. Grocery stores (including a Super Wal-Mart) and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes.
The home features a living/dining room, kitchen, family room, Master bedroom with private bath, 2 additional bedrooms, main bath, laundry room and 2 car garage. All three bedrooms have queen size beds with a memory foam mattress in the Master. There are 3 TV's located in the family room, Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom.
Williamsfield Gateway Airport is within 20 minutes and offers great deals through Allegiant Air. Phoenix Sky Harbour is within 40 minutes.

My husband and I have three children ages 14, 12 and 10. We both work full-time and enjoy attending our kids sports events and various activities. We also love to golf.
Why the Owner Chose Queen Creek
My husband and I decided to purchase our home in Johnson Ranch because we loved the view and amenities offered. It is a very friendly community with something to offer people of all ages. From golf to swimming to the community activities there is always something to do. We have three children who enjoy vacationing there and eventually, we plan on retiring in the community.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We enjoy the beautiful view of the mountain ranges and the sunsets. The par 72 golf course is very reasonable with rates changing throughout the year to reflect the season. Coming from Wisconsin, we also enjoy the dry warmth.
