When I treat myself to a vacation, 3 things are important to me: GREAT MATTRESSES; knowing I'm spoiling myself with the very best in LUXURY and COMFORT my money can buy; and truly SPECTACULAR VIEWS of beaches and ocean. To say our condo in Paraiso I fits these requirements is an understatement. This home away from home with bay windows and large wrap-around terrace has the reputation of being the most desirable and unique in all of Mazatlan. You just have to see the pictures to believe the taste and talent of this decorator, with custom built 4-poster beds and furnishings, and original paintings throughout the entire home by local artists.
You will feel like you have landed in paradise when you walk in and see that the entire front (ocean side) is almost ALL windows (60 feet of windows and 3 sets of glass sliding doors), making you feel as though there are no walls between you and the ocean, especially with the strategic placement of mirrors, bringing the beach and ocean right inside your condo. From wherever you are standing, you have your very own 180-degree view of the golden sands of Mazatlan's famous 3.5 mile Cerritos Beach.

From not only front deck where you relax on handsome, comfortable furnishings, but from inside you see amazing full-on sunsets. You look over both infinity pools from the 6th floor, which is a beach-watching extravaganza, as you are not too high up to see details, while still maintaining your privacy.
The kitchen is FULLY equipped for gourmet cooking, with unexpected treasures, like hand-made dishes, lots of fine glass and stemware, stone-encased granite bar, double oven, etc. Master suite has Ca. King yummy bed with sliding glass doors and large side windows where you can gaze at unencumbered views of ocean and beaches (moon on water - yeah!) It also has large Jacuzzi jet tub with shower (hand-held wands - a must), and all bed coverings and pillows are, simply put: FABULOUS. Guest suites have private full bathrooms and balconies overlooking marina, lighted world class tennis courts, fountains and waterfalls, gardens, mountains and golf course.
