This recently renovated apartment develops on the top 2 floors of an 18th century building. It welcomes 8 people at the most and offers various sleeping arrangements. There are two bathrooms on the 3rd floor and one on the fourth floor. Both floors have a fully equipped kitchen if one chooses to maintain the two floors independent. Romantic home-made dinners may be experienced upon request.

The fourth floor has a dish washer and the third floor has washing machine. The apartment may be provided with Internet lan and wifi. The fourth floor has a balcony that overlooks on the roofs of ancient Rome. In the winter there is the possibility of enjoying a warm fireplace.

Even though the area is very busy with bustling restaurants, wine bars, shops, boutiques, art galleries, artisans and antique shops, one may sleep quite and soundly nights. It is surrounded by the most famous Roman squares, such as Piazza Navona, Campo De' Fiori, the Pantheon, Piazza Farnese and offers long fascinating and romantic walks. One of the most splendid walks goes through Piazza Navona, to Campo De'Fiori, Via dei Giubbonari, Via dei Falegnami and up a long flight of stairs to the Campidoglio City Hall square (architecturally beautiful), across and behind the square, just before descending another long flight of stairs you have a breath taking view of the Roman Forum and the Colosseum in the background, (at sunset it is magical!). Once you are in the Forum you may vastly explore the archeological sight and discover the circular spot in front of the Senate where "all the roads that take to Rome" start from and branch out into all directions, even to China. Finally you may rest it's green gardens just before the Palatine (ancient royal roman palace). If you are renting a bicycle you may proceed from here on the Appia Antica for a 30 min. ride and reach other archeological areas buried in green parks such as the catacombs or the ancient tombs and villas of the ancient Roman Empire.

A deposit in the customer currency equal to 100 € is necessary. This amount will be refunded upon check out, provided everything is in order.

Arrival Time:
From 14:00 up to 20:00.
From 20:00 up to 23:00 an extra fee of 25€ is due.
From 23.00 up to 08:00 an extra fee of 50€ is due.

Pick-up service may be organized.
