An Incredible Family Vacation Awaits You in our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 1300 sq ft Ocean Beach Townhome.
RELAX. Park your car in our reserved parking space. Everything you need is a short 1 to 2 block walk. Including beaches, swimming, surfing, tide pools, Ocean Beach Pier, biking, hiking, shopping, antique shops and a variety of great restaurants and beautiful sunsets from the end of our block. Wednesdays - Farmers Market. In the Spring and Fall watch whales migrate from the end of the Ocean Beach Pier.
Our newly remodeled home is fully furnished including all linens. There is additional dining and gas barbeque on the private patio. There are cable TVs in all bedrooms and a wide screen in the living room. With DVDs in the living room all bedrooms.
Ceiling fans in all rooms. A laundry room is in the unit. We provide beach amenities such as beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board and children's sand toys. The patio and front yard are both fenced for privacy. Child gates and portable high chair are available.
A short drive offers Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Museums, Old Town, Gas Lamp District, Harbor Tours, USS Midway and Star of India Tours, Wild Animal Park, Legoland, Golf, Boating, Sailing and many other activities. Padres Baseball and Chargers Football Fans are within minutes of the stadiums.
*Payment Options: Pay Pal (Credit Cards), Personal/Business Checks, Money Orders or Cash. A 10.5% City Tax may be applied to the rental fees.
*A $500.00 booking deposit is required at time of reservation.
*There is a $125.00 maid/cleaning fee.

Ocean Beach is a beautiful vacation area close to all the activities we enjoy. Our family has always loved the beach, scuba diving, water skiing, biking, body surfing, Sea World and of course the World Famous San Diego Zoo. Upon arrival you can park your car and never have to drive anywhere. Everything to do in Ocean Beach is within a short walk or bike ride.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. If only our home was as well decorated and orderly. I think I'm in love with the linen closet and the drawer of kitchen towels. We had a wonderful vacation and everyone wants to stay forever.

Thanks for sharing your home with our family! We has a wonderful time in San Diego, and very much enjoyed your home. We are especially grateful to your grandchildren, for sharing their toys and gear with our kids. You went over our expectations with your kindness and willingness to make sure we had everything we needed. If you are missing a few remotes from the rooms upstairs, they are in Sandy's remote box downstairs. After you explained what the box was for our daughter made it her mission to collect all the remotes and put them in the box "where they belong". Thanks so much for your hospitality.

We stayed in this condo for 6 weeks and felt very much at home. It was comfortable, spacious, quiet, and well equipped. It is located near the bus stop which was important to us as we do not rent a car. We can walk to the grocery store, the farmer's market, restaurants, and most importantly the beach and pier. We would most definitely rent here again.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

We've stayed at the Gusick condo twice now and both times have been a great experience. The condo is always extremely clean and well accommodated. Ocean Beach is also a lot of fun, it is kind of like Venice Beach, but cleaner and safer. Also there is a lot to do in the area, Sea World, SD Zoo and the beach.

We had a great time. The condo is immaculate and close to everything. You can walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping and many attractions are just a short drive away. We will be back.
