Fully equipped and updated condo has 2 double beds in the master bedroom and a queen sized bed in the ocean front bedroom. If you enjoy cooking you will enjoy the constant ocean views as you prepare food from the chefs kitchen including many extra appliances. You can see for miles over the ocean and beach.
The living room has a queen sized pull out sofa, TV with DVD and CD player for your entertainment. The large balcony is accessed from both the bedroom and living room. Watch the whales, dolphins and other interesting sights. The sunrise over the ocean is a daily spectacular sight, and the sunset over the bay may be seen from the master suite. There is always plenty of space in front on the beach as the condo only has 21 units, and includes two outdoor showers for your beaching convenience .
Beach chairs and toys are available for your use in the street level locker. Many restaurants and activities within walking distance, and the $2 bus (all day/night) is 1/2 block away, allowing easy access from the boardwalk and inlet to Delaware. One assigned parking space (no charge) with additional off street and street parking available.

Why the Owner Chose Other Ocean City Properties
Ocean City Maryland is only 2 1/2 hours away from the Washington D. C. area, and 1/2 tank of gas away. It is easy and quick to get there especially for a short weekend. It is also very affordable and family friendly. Statistically O.C. has one hurricane hit every 25 years (I think the last one was in 2002), so there is more good weather. The outer banks in North Carolina is hit with a hurricane every 5 years and takes 5-6 hours travel time EACH DIRECTION from D.C.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I love the easy access to great food, restaurants, entertainment, beach and ocean, and the Bay. I love watching the waves and hearing the surf from the condo. It is very therapeutic and soothing. I often stay for days without venturing out, reading, relaxing, enjoying the views and hypnotic sound of the surf and birds.
