Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2007
I started fishing our local rivers in 1982 & immediately fell in love with them. Over the years I've fished many other areas in B.C., Oregon & California which I have also enjoyed but the rivers here have always been special for me due to the diversity of the watersheds & fish. The rivers here hold very large steelhead & salmon. It's one of the few areas in the U.S. that still has good numbers of native steelhead, fish that go over 30 lbs! After many years of fishing with friends & family I was able to move here in 2004 & become a full time guide. I love my job & really enjoy meeting people from around the world
Why the Owner Chose Forks
My day job is as a fishing guide so naturally I also wanted acquire a location for my guests to stay at while they were fishing with me.
