LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Located in the award winning Windsor Palms Resort only 3 miles from Disney, an executive pool home in a gated, 24 hour manned resort. Top tourist restaurants and a large supermarket in the best area on the 192 are at the top of the road whilst one of Florida's 5* golf courses is across the road.
Our executive vacation home has a SW facing, sunny, enclosed, 15 by 30 pool with a waterfall spa, privacy hedging, 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Two of the bedrooms are masters with en-suite and two are Disney themed twins. Free international calls, wifi, 5 cable TVs including 2 flatscreens, 4 DVD players, games room with table tennis, pool, darts and table football. Family friendly, we have cot, highchair, stroller, Playstation 2, pool toys, DVDs, CDs, board games, books and pool alarms.
Our resort has volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, game room, fitness room, a large pool area, a fully equipped clubhouse, a convenience store, shuttle to Disney and a 58 seat cinema showing all the latest movies!

It's the closest community to Disney and has so many excellent restaurants and shops nearby. The community itself has everything you could want, from a huge communal pool to children's play areas and sports courts.

We have vacationed in the Orlando area for many years, most often staying in pool homes. When we decided to buy our own vacation home we chose based on location and resort facilities. The Formosa Gardens communities are the nearest to Disney and it makes a huge difference being only 5-10 minutes drive from the parks, you get so much more from your day in this location. We are so near the best area on the 192 with really good restaurants, a large supermarket and Disney all on the doorstep! Our 24 hour manned luxury, gated resort has everything that you could possibly want whilst being 100% secure. The kids can use the resort facilities safely when you get back from the parks and you can relax!

Never stay in a hotel again!!!!" "We are now spoiled! This home was not excellent - it was super excellent, we could not ask for more. We traveled with our daughter and 2 grandchildren 10mo and 2 year old. We did not visit Disney because of the young ages. The weather was not the best, but we still had the best time. Nothing like walking out your back door and have a pool right there. The clubhouse, huge community pool, playground, tennis courts, even a 50 seat movie theatre were just an added bonus. Now for the basics....4 bedroom home 3bathrooms...wow! very clean. In the -garage- pool table/games table etc. We also had the use of 2 high chairs and 1 stroller. A crib was also there. I would highly recommend renting a gas grill $50.00 week - well worth it. We grilled everynight. One thing we did (if this interests you) we ordered a box of food from Omaha Steaks and had it delivered on the day we arrived. We had every dinner taken care of that way. We only had to go to the grocery store once for the breakfast/lunch/snack items. I found this very convenient

"A group of three of us stayed at Minnie's Florida villa and had the best stay in the US to date. The villa is wonderfully equipped with all the gadgets and home comforts you could want and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We stayed for over a week and spent most evenings at the pool side having a swim, playing pool or darts in the game room or just relaxing in the open plan living room area. Each bedroom is spacious, bright and wonderfully presented. The bathrooms are spotless with, plenty of plush towels and very spacious. The Disney-themed children’s rooms are just gorgeous and the attention to detail put a smile on all of our faces. The games room was just great. We had so much fun trying our hand at table tennis and snooker/pool and could have spent loads more time trying out the entertainment on offer. The pool area is fab: it is subtly closed in to keep out leaves etc and is in a wonderfully sunny spot. The pool was always warm and the pool side very inviting and cosy with easy access to the living area inside. The kitchen and laundry room are fully kitted out and when we did stay in for dinner, it felt like home away from home. The complex in which Minnie's Florida villa is situated is secure, stylish and very friendly. We had a wonderful experience at this gorgeous villa and are definitely returning for our next holiday to Florida. Our thanks are extended to the owners who were so helpful and friendly from start to finish. See you next time!"

"This house was perfect for our Disney vacation! It was very comfortable and very clean! It took maybe 10 minutes total to go from the house to the parking lot at Disney and my mom, who does not do Disney, found the nearby outlet malls to be a real treat! We traveled with my parents, 3 children and a babysitter and we all fit in the house very comfortably. The pool was warm and we really loved the hedge around the pool for extra privacy. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and we would stay there again for sure!

I want to let you know that your vacation home is wonderful and my family had a GREAT time! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Orlando and hope to plan another vacation in the Spring. Of course, we will contact you about renting your home. It was such a pleasure to come "home" each evening from a long day at the parks, jump in the pool, relax in the spa, and sleep in comfort! It was our own private oasis. Absolutely awesome. By the way, Iain and Helen Robinson were such a nice couple and very helpful. They were extremely responsive to any inquiries and prompt.
