Nestled in the foothills of Manitou Springs, Manitou Victorian is an historic home within walking distance of Manitou Springs' galleries, shops and restaurants. Hiking trails are just up the street, as is, the community playground and library where concerts are held on the lawn every Tuesday night during the summer months.
Soda Springs Park, the site of the Buffalo BBQ, Midweek Market, and Mountain Music Festival is a walk 6 blocks into town. The Cog Railway to Pikes Peak, Cave of the Winds, the Cliff Dwellings, Miramont Castle and the Iron Springs Chateau are within five minutes drive.
Manitou Victorian is a three story home with five bedrooms, 3.25 baths. There is lots of outdoor space, including a handicapped accessible patio with gas grill with granite counters, gas fireplace and gas lighting, plus a gazebo. The grass area works well for croquet, badmitton, etc. The neighborhood setting offers privacy yet easy accessibility to all that Manitou Springs and the Pikes Peak Region offers.

center. I also do not have a liquor license. Parties are limited to 50 people
and those staying overnight can not be more than 5 unrelated people in the group.
