Large six bedroom house located conveniently between the village of Stowe and Stowe Mountain Resort. It is on the free trolley system that is available in the winter. The ski resort is 4.5 miles away. We are on the corner of the Luce Hill Road and Mountain Road, only 1.5 miles from the Trapp Family Lodge and their cross country ski center. The house is within walking distance of 6 restaurants and any shops.

Come to Stowe and enjoy all the amenities of a resort town. Wonderful summer theater and concerts and world class skiing.

Owner Description

Year Purchased: 1998

I moved to Stowe, Vermont after college in 1968 and loved it so much I have never left. Taught skiing for 7 years then owned and operated the Stowe Motel for 30 years.

Why the Owner Chose Stowe

Stowe is a wonderful year round community to live in. Winters we have great skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Summers are even better with biking, hiking, concerts, plays, wonderful shopping and incredible restaurants.
