I am a working professional who wants other people to enjoy the beautiful Southern Oregon coast. The home was purchased in Spring 2006 and I just love it.
Why the Owner Chose Bandon
I bought the house after visiting Bandon By the Sea a few times. This little town on the southern coast has the feel of an east coast fishing town. The views from almost anywhere in town are just amazing and it has one of the few sand beaches in Oregon... just minutes from the house. It is a perfect place to just relax.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The home has amazing views of the ocean. From the living room, located upstairs, the entire back of the house is covered with windows, covering views that are unbelievable until they are seen. I always find myself amazingly relaxed once leaving the place. Life is definitely different at the coast. The home is located conveniently to downtown Bandon, which has some great restaurants, a shopping center, and quaint feel. Also, the house has several world class public courses within ten minutes (Pacific Dunes, #2; Bandon Dunes, #7) The home is also located close to several wine regions. Oregon is growing in popularity as a powerhouse in wine. Willamette and Umpqua valleys are within a reasonable distance.
