Come share my very large -----1,200 square foot , beautiful, private, two story, end unit, townhouse, completely remodeled to the Kapalua Gold standards and more. Steps to the Conde Naste, Best Beach and five other world class beaches out your front door, within the Village they call Kapalua. Kapalua is a sanctuary and one of the most beautiful resorts in the world. It's all about location, beauty, and luxury, that's Kapalua. If it is not GOLD you will wish it was as these buildings are old built in 70's and 80's this property was gutted to the studs and every inch was tastefully completed in 2009 to the best standards of GOLD (which is the standard of Kapalua) ask the owner before you rent is it gold?) I cannot speak for you but gold is truly worthwhile otherwise you are in a 40-50 year old property.
With the Ritz Carlton, the new Ritz Carlton Residences, The new Ritz Carlton Spa and Resort as my next door neighbor (just a few feet away) and the Kapalua Village as my surroundings, what else is there? Its very own old country chapel and grocery store, restaurants, world class golf courses, miles of beach and mountain trails that all come together in Kapalua. My home has ocean front pool, private beach, tennis courts, free shuttle throughout resort and village. My remodel hosts all new appointments and even more living area. The downstairs has tropical new furnitrue a fully remodeled top of the line appliance kitchen and also a new full bathroom with shower for downstairs guests.New 18" "limestone"tile, granite, stainless, flat screens, internet and wireless, new state of the art air conditioning up and down stairs , walk in shower, JACUZZI bath, marble sinks, even an ocean view from the master bath vanity to start your day in paradise off right. With the whale view and coffee in bed!
So lets talk about the master suite retreat as you will see. The master bedroom floats above the resort gazing out to the island of Molokai and Oneloa Bay and the Lanai views the sunsets until they fade away behind Molokai into another day in Paradise. My townhome feels like a private home because of it's location and design. With two stories it features separate living areas from the Master retreat above. It will accommodate couples and small families as the sofa makes into a queen size bed and a second bath completes their comforts, leaving the upstairs master as a private sanctuary including a private lanai and extension of the master retreat.(SUNSET)!!!
My home in Kapalua is a very special place and I like to share it with family, friends, and guests when I'm not there. I treat my guests like family and want to see them year after year or more if they like.
