Accommodations: House, 4 Bedrooms + Loft, 2 Baths (Sleeps 8-15)
Our family cottage is available for rent any time of year. We have a large family so the house is set up to handle larger groups (sleeps up to 15 comfortably), with 4 BR's and a loft, fully equipped kitchen, 2 refrigerators, (one in the garage for cold beverages), lawn chairs, etc.
Bedrooms are set up as follows:
Downstairs: 1 queen
Upstairs BR1: 1 queen, 1 full, 2 twins (bunk)
Upstairs loft: 2 twins
Upstairs BR2: 1 full, 1 twin (bunk)
Upstairs BR3: 1 queen
The house is located on the south part of Intermediate Lake, which has relatively few homes and is generally much quieter than the north part. Perfect for fishing, skiing, swimming, and other water activities. You will feel like you are on a private lake!
There are 2 boat lifts and a dock, which are available for our renters. (Use of our boats is NOT included - sorry). One of the lifts will handle a larger (up to 20 ft) ski boat; the other will handle a small fishing boat.
Well equipped, our home on Intermediate Lake will help you create a perfect, memorable vacation for you and your family!

Located on Intermediate Lake, just minutes from Bellaire, and half way between Traverse City and Charlevoix. Great proximity to the entire northern Lower Peninsula, from Traverse City up to Mackinac and beyond.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The lake is relatively shallow (about 30 ft at the deepest), and offers warm water in the summers, with fishing, skiing, boating, and swimming throughout the summer months.
