Clean, comfortable, and perfect for us!

Not only is this condo clean, spacious and comfortabe (and the owners are great to work with), it was perfect for us in other ways. The parking was very close, and this was great because my husband uses a cane. The screened in porch was private (and larger than most I've seen) -- I never had to close the blinds. Having a new washer and dryer was nice, and having WiFi was quite convenient -- we got to work while away from home (although not too much -- we were having too much fun enjoying Ocean Village and the surrounding area). The tennis courts were only 1-2 minutes away, that I took advantage of that -- love the Round Robin they have every morning. Can't wait to go back in 2012!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Spacious, clean, and very accommodating!!!

My family and I stayed at this condo for a week this past Spring. We were very impressed with not only the close proximity to EVERYTHING but the great accommodations. The condo had everything we needed to feel “home, away from home”. We found all of the furniture, equipment, appliances, etc. clean and in good working order. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. The wireless internet connection works well also. The owner couldn't be more accommodating and was prompt to return a call if we had any questions. This community is huge with many options for entertainment without needing to get into your car. Several regular swimming pools & kiddie pools, Tiki bar, tennis courts, shuffle board, fitness center, restaurant, golf course, beach, ocean, etc. all within walking distance. (Most were located right outside the front door of the condo; which was great since we also had an infant with us) We liked the close proximity of Jensen Beach too. We found plenty to do for the entire family. The only thing we SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT was our bathing suits and toothbrushes. Everything else was supplied for us. We are looking forward to coming here again in the future.

Clean, well equipped condo with lots amenities within walking distance!

My family and I rented this unit earlier this year for a week and were very pleased with not only the secure gated location but the accommodations. The owner was very helpful and prompt to respond to our questions. The condo was exceptionally clean, well equipped and spacious. It made us feel at home, away from home. The tennis courts, pool and beach were a short distance from the front door. The kiddie pool was perfect for my newborn while the big pool and the new Tiki bar were great for the rest of us. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a home away from home. All you would need to bring is your bathing suit!

Excellent Rental

Great unit--clean, spacious and comfortable,has everything you could possibly need, just bring your swimsuit and toothbrush. The location on the first floor is so convenient but still private, you even have a small yard to grill in which is a wonderful option to have in February. We love being so close to the ocean and all the facilities at OV are first rate which makes for a relaxing easy stay. Biggest problem we encountered was the decision between beach or pool!!!!
