Our home was built the end of 2005 and is in a beautiful upscale adult community. It offers 2700+ square feet of pristine living space with additional screened lanai and a swimming pool. The home offers access to one of the most beautiful neighborhood in lake county with friendly neighbors. "The Plantations" community has an over abundance of activities open to both full time as well as temporary residents. These activities will allow you to be as active and/or as inactive as you see fit. Our home is beautiful condition and is awaiting your arrival. If in the area stop by and call us for a showing. If your looking to vacation and or even retire in Florida you need to visit our community. To make a detailed assessment visit the best community in Florida as we did.If you like fishing try the fishing on our ponds. We have a catch and release program so the ponds are full. Also try the chain of lakes which are within 5 miles from the community.

We are from Pennsylvania and came to Florida in search of the perfect retirement community. We found this community at "The Plantation" in Leesburg. A beautiful community, great neighbors and with more than enough activities for all of our residents either permanent or temporary. We now live in Florida and it has been a wonderful place to retire, live as well as vacation on a full time basis. This is now our home and we couldnt be happier with our choice. Our home is close to the rental property so we are accesible to our vacationers should they need our assistance on anything relating to the home or stay in Plantations.
