We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful house. We all had a blast!! Just about everything a person might need is already at the house. We enjoyed the stay in your home. It truly was our home away from home. It has everything you could think of! The golf carts and bikes were a big hit. The home was big enough for our 13 to get together and yet offer privacy too. Great for family gatherings!! Andrea was very attentive to any problems we had.

Andrea, Just wanted to say thanks again for such a wonderful vacation. Your home is beautiful and it was the perfect size for our family of 12. Everyone had their own space. The grandchildren loved riding in the golf carts and sitting in the rocking chairs with their Pawpaw on the front porch. It was nice to be so close to the beach, have access to two pools, and other attractions. Our 6 yr old grandson loved that the mini golf course was just across the road. He got to go more than once. Hope we can do it again in a couple of years, only with more grandchildren. Jona

Our thanks to Andrea for providing a comfortable, clean, fully stocked home for our summer vacation this year. This was our second trip to this gated community and the stay was just as awesome as the first. Andrea was very accommodating and accessible before, during, and after our stay. We had a minor issue with our golf cart but was taken care of right away and resolved. We had 14 people in our group...four families and four children between the ages of 4-9 and not once did we feel cramped as each family had their own space and privacy. The golf carts were absolutely the hit of the week. Whenever the kids got bored it was an easy deal to throw them in the carts and drive. The beach access was easy with ample parking for all golf carts or motor vehicle. The Conch Cafe is situated right next to the parking lot and provides casual dining on the ocean front. The pictures do not lie as this home is beautifully decorated and well taken care of. Looking forward to our next stay at Surfside Beach! Thanks Again!

We just want to thank Andrea for providing such a wonderful place for our family vacation this year. We were a family of 14 with lots of different needs and opinions but this place suited all. The pictures in the listing are true to life and the owner was perfectly accommodating. The house was beautiful and clean and the only thing missing was a bundt pan! LOL! Who bakes on vacation anyway? We really loved riding the bikes and driving the golf carts. The smallest of the group was our official 'speed bump' announcer (in order to prevent rear cart passengers from too many surprise bumps.) The community beach access was great and even has a casual oceanside restaurant with open air dining and great frozen beverages! Loved it! Thanks for many great memories! - The Oakley Family

Even the description and photos get short as to what nice, clean, fully furnished and comfortable this house is! We have been to many different beach houses over the years and this, by far is the best! The owner was very helpful and easy to get in touch with for any problems. We will definitely reccomend this one to any very good friend and relatives but not too much because it will be booked all the time and...no way...we want to get back..sooooooon!! Thanks for sharing your place with us..we will get in touch soon!

My family and I had a great time at Surfside beach. The home was very clean and came with everything we needed. Owner was very helpful and responded to the many questions I had. The community had everything we needed. Pools were great. Lots of stores close by, and plenty of good places to eat. Would definitly stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. Andrea supplied everything a family needs to vacation down to a high chair and baby gates. All we needed to do was pack our clothes and do a little grocery shopping. The details of amenities were very straight forward and the home exceeded our expectations. Having 2 kitchens was very helpful when cooking for our party of 12 - (5 adults, 7 kids). We had to contact Andrea for a couple of things and she was always quick to answer and provide help when needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I would definitely recommend this home to others. Thanks again Andrea for everything.

Beach Week 2010

We have stayed in the Myrtle Beach area for the last 8 years for at least 1 week in the summer. My husband and I host a family reunion there. This was our first stay at Surfside Beach. There were 11 of us from 5 families. The home is large and comfortable and we never felt crowded even though we often were together for dinner on the second level. The pictures on your website do not do this beautiful home justice. The home is clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable. Everything that we needed was provided for us. The golf carts were fun. It was wonderful to have parking provided at the beach. We all enjoyed our time in the home. We would certainly stay here again and look forward to the opportunity. This was our second stay at this great house, in a very family oriented community. The house was wonderful, fully equipped with everything for our stay. Family Fun

Our group of 11, ranging in age from 8 months to 60 years, had a wonderful week at the beach. The home is lovely, clean, and well stocked (towels, kitchen pots/pans, etc.). The weather was good. We enjoyed using the canopy at the beach. It came in handy when we all needed a break from the sun. As we were used to renting bikes, those at the house were a plus. The ping pong table was a big hit! The shoppers in our group enjoyed Market Commons and the outlets. Broadway on the Beach was fun for all, especially our grandchildren.

What a wonderful home. And that is truly what this is… a home away from home. Our group of 12 varied in age as well as interest. Some were off to the beach, some to the pool, or to the tennis courts, while others enjoyed just hanging around outside on the deck. The owner has supplied this beach house with so much that it was simply a matter of walking in with your suitcase and begin immediately to enjoy our vacation. The house is beautiful as well as comfortable. The private beach area was convenient and accessible. When you rent via a web-site you naturally are a bit apprehensive but this house exceeded all expectations. Thank you!

What a great vacation!!! This house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a fun week at the beach. There was plenty of towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas and a canopy to give you a break from the sun.(if you wanted a break from the sun) The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. The weather was great! The golf carts and bikes are fun!! There was something to do for everyone---- shopping, miniature golfing, pool. dining, relaxing on the deck, etc. The college kids enjoyed "Broadway on the Beach " and the live music at the Pier. Oceanside Community is very nice and family friendly. We can't wait to go back!

Exceptional beach house

What a great vacation! My family ranging from ages 16 months to 70 years had a great time. The house is beautiful, well maintained, tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a beach vacation. Beach chairs and umbrellas, bikes, ping pong, beach games, beach towels. All you need is a bathing suit and sun screen. The house is full equipted with everything from blenders to blow dryers. Everything in this home is new or in good condition. The lay out of the 3 floors makes it perfect for multi-family or large family vacations. The community is perfect as well, it has 2 pools, fitness center, playground and even ducks that the kids enjoyed seeing. The beach is great, there was always ample parking for the golf carts. The only thing this house is missing is you! I would rent this house again FOR SURE! Rhonda

GREAT Beach House

This property has EVERYTHING you can imagine. You really don't need to bring anything but yourselves, clothes and get ready to have a good time. The house is very kid friendly. My husband and I have a 4 year old and a 16 month old. We didn't need to bring anything for them. Andrea had it all from a pack in play, high chair, baby gates and strollers. The community has a great indoor & outdoor pool as well. Not to mention a playground for them to burn off energy. The beach house was very clean and well kept. The house was a home away from home. We had no worries and were able to enjoy our time at the beach. The kids also enjoyed their stay and keep asking when we can go back. Thanks Andrea for letting us use your house to create wonderful family memories. We will be back for sure.

Awesome Beach House

This home is every bit as clean and beautiful as it shows in the pictures. The furniture and beds are super comfortable and the big flat screen TV’s and wi fi are an added bonus. We stayed for a few months in the winter and the house is well equipped with everything we needed. The house is spacious but still feels very comfortable, like home and it’s just a golf cart ride away from the beach. The owner is easy to reach and wonderful to work with. We’d definitely stay again and I’d highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a fun week at the beach.

A GREAT place to vacation. Everything was cleaned and ready as promised, and Andrea was easily accessible for any minor questions we had. The layout is fabulous for multiple families and as families with young kids, it was amazingly soundproof. The beach was really close by and the beach carts,towels and even a tent for the young ones made it so easy and enjoyable. The subdivision's outdoor pool was great and had a baby pool as well. We had a great time and as first time renters we can't say enough good things about Andrea and her home. The Fridell and Freedman Families

WOW! What a beautiful home and wonderful vacation. We absolutely loved everything about staying at this Oceanside Village home. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need, lots of towels, beach umbrellas, fully stocked kitchens, and on and on. The house is beautifully decorated and with the 3 floors, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have some down time without being on top of each other. I was surprised too at how sound-proof it is. Having the golf carts worked out great.They made even the trips back and forth to the beach a fun experience. The community itself was well kept up, with the pools and playground. The house is in a nice quiet part of the neighborhood. We couldn't find anything negative to say about staying at this house.

Wonderful house! Wonderful vacation! This was my first ever rental and this house spoiled me for any future rentals. My husband & I were joined by our 2 daughters, their husbands & 4 grandchildren. Our family of 13 just returned from a week’s vacation at this lovely house. We all have agreed that it was absolutely a perfect vacation for each family. Our ages ranged from 94 years old (of course, we brought Great Grandpa) to our youngest at 2 years old. It was the best vacation we’ve ever had!!! The house is decorated beautifully and the furnishings provided comfort and charm. There was so much to do that we needed to stay another week to do it all. (Oh, how I wish we could have stayed longer!!) Everyone was in constant motion with something to do, except nap time for the little ones! We enjoyed the golf carts, bikes, relaxing on the decks, the community pool, grilling steaks, and all the beach toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas that were available for our use! The kitchen was well equipped and it was even fun cooking. Andrea thought of everything to make our visit wonderful. We all would love to come back next year and when you have 5 families agreeing, that really means something good! Andrea was a delight to work with and we appreciate her sharing her beautiful home.
