The unit is a 40 ft Luxury Motor Coach with many amenities. The location is within yards of the Sandpoint City Beach and Park. City Beach Park offers the lake beach, tennis courts, volleyball courts, boat ramp/slips, snack facilities as well as many summer activities and Festivals. This rental includes the facilities of the Edgewater Resort, pool, hot tub, and wireless internet. It is 75 yards from Downtown Sandpoint which offers shopping, Panida Theater, Restaurants, and much more. There is Permit Parking for one vehicle at the site but numerous spaces at the park.
Our family of six comfortably stayed at this location before we moved to Sandpoint and it was extremely convenient. Most of Sandpoint is an easy walk or bike.

Year Purchased: 1996
Ken and Rebecca Kovalchuk. We are renting our motorcoach as an apartment rental located at the Edgewater RV park next to the Sandpoint City Beach and downtown Sandpoint, Idaho. We have residence in Sandpoint, Idaho. Our family, which has four children, has traveled the United States and stayed in this motorcoach. It is a very comfortable home away from home.
Why the Owner Chose Sandpoint
Before we moved to Sandpoint we had stayed in our coach in this location and found it to be ideal. The site is in within yards of the city beach and park, boat slips, downtown Sandpoint and includes the Edgewater Resort Facilities.
The Unique Benefits of this
Many summer events are held at the City Beach Park in Sandpoint. Walking distance is an understatement. This motor coach is a Class A coach and offers many amenities. All the luxuries of home and then some.
