Why the Owner Chose Colonial Country Club
Driving into Colonial Country Club for the first time we knew that this was where we wanted to be. The landscaping is lush and beautifully maintained. Every amenity is available. The homes are quiet, cool and inviting. We love sitting on our lanai at anytime of day and watching the many varieties of birds and animals (even an otter!) that stop by. We can do a lot or nothing at all. Entertainment, dining, shopping and museums are all nearby. The warm gulf waters and pristine beaches are just a short drive.
The Unique Benefits at this Carriage House
Colonial boasts one of the most beautiful nature preserves in the area. The walking trail leads past the world class golf course, around and through untouched woods and past lakes and grassy marsh. Colonial can be quiet or lively. There is frequent entertainment, parties and dancing at our beautiful restaurant or lively pub. The lakes are stocked with bass and fishing is a pleasant pastime. Onsite amenities include a fitness center, many tennis courts, activities including group trips, parties, art classes, card and game groups and more. Sunsets are spectacular!

My husband and I grew up in the cold Northeast but fled to Florida every winter. We love to relax in the sun and get away from the snow - if only for a while. We bought this lovely home close to the RSW airport to make our getaways quick and painless - and it works! We know that you too will enjoy unwinding in paradise anytime during the year.
