Spectacular, spacious unit with gorgeous views over Victoria BC's harbour. Executive living in a serene luxurious condo in a well maintained secure building a few minutes walk from downtown. Underground parking is available.
The master bedroom is huge with views to the north. It has an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in windowed room that could serve as an extra office area. The guest bedroom has a full bathroom next door to it that can be used by visitors. The living room is large and well furnished and has an in-wall gas fireplace behind glass. Large windows at the end of the living room look out over the harbour. An ample dining room decorated with Mediterranean tones is between the living room and kitchen. It has a small balcony on which a small barbecue could just fit. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a new ASKO dishwasher. Outside the kitchen is a den area with connections to high-speed internet. Another small balcony with sliding glass doors is located by the den so there is masses of light. All but the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms are carpeted wall-to-wall.
Besides the lively shipping traffic there are float planes landing during daylight hours. For some this is fun to watch - others aren't so keen on the sound they make.
Minimum stay is one week and long-term rates are available for three months or more.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
This unit looks out over Victoria's harbour and south to the Olympic mountains in Washington state. It is close to the city centre but tranquil and luxurious. Victoria is a wonderful small city with great amenities: opera, two universities, very clean air, kind people, good bakeries and bookstores, lots of music and fun. The views are fabulous and it's fun to watch all the harbour activity: ferries, fishing boats, float planes and kayakers. The harbour pathway passes next to the unit and it is an easy walk to Spinnaker's pub, the restaurant at the Delta Ocean Point hotel or across Johnston Street bridge into the downtown area. The building is largely owner occupied so I'm looking for mature quiet guests!
