Sunset Beach Retreat is uniquely nestled on a bluff overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Located on Scenic Highway 30-A in the gated community of the "Villas at Sunset Beach" between the prestigious communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. It is just minutes from the popular community of Seaside and a short distance from busier Destin, Sandestin and Panama City Beach destinations!
This beautiful first floor three bedroom, three bath condominium, has been completely remodeled with all new stainless appliances, totally new furnishings, a cozy gas log fireplace and French doors opening to your patio that is only steps to the heated (seasonally) community pool!
Our condo comfortably sleeps six people. The master suite has all new luxurious bedding and linens on the new king bed. Adjoining the bedroom is a large tile bath including a Jacuzzi large enough for two and separate glass-enclosed shower and vanity/dressing area. The second and third bedrooms also have beautiful new queen beds with all new bedding/comforters and adjoining baths.
A large full modern kitchen with all new stainless appliances has an island with bar stools for convenient meals or snacks. The large dining table seats six and there is a rattan daybed/divan for relaxing with a good book! Comfortable over-stuffed sofa and chairs surround a cozy gas log fireplace for the chilly fall and winter days!
All bedrooms have TV's and wireless internet capability. French doors open for relaxing with morning coffee or watching our world famous sunsets. Enjoy "year round" swimming in the pool or walk from your patio to the dune walk over right on to the beach!
Plus we offer DISCOUNT GOLFING at one of Destin's most prestigious golf courses! (Requires 3 day advance notice for tee time.)
Sunset Beach Retreat will provide a wonderful Florida dream vacation for your entire family or an intimate private get away for anniversary celebrations, birthdays or any special occasion!
We love our pets as much as you do, but for health reasons and the comfort of our other guests we do not allow pets. The primary renter must be 25 years or older unless special arrangements are authorized by owner's written consent.
