Newly remodeled lake cottage on very quiet 105 acre fishing lake. Opposite side of the lake is wetland area with no cottages- just great sunsets and occasional deer. Lake features excellent Smallmouth Bass and Panfish, with the occasional Northern Pike.
Nice public boat ramp allows easy lake access. Many other lakes in the area allow so many fishing and ski opportunities as well. This cottage is decorated in keeping with a genuine cottage theme, right down the the log furniture. Cottage also has air conditioning for those hot summer days.
Duck hunting is also allowed on Diamond Lake during season.
Bedding allows for up to 8 adults to sleep comfortably. One queen bed, one twin bunkbed that will easily handle adults, one queen sleeper sofa, and one full size futon. New HD TV and Xbox on hand, along with a nice selection of fishing books and DVD's.
Huge 24'x12' deck and sitting area allow a great view of Diamond Lake, with the cottage elevated approximately 20 stair steps above lake level.
50% of rental is due within one week to confirm reservation. Remaining rental amount along with deposit and cleaning fee due 30 days in advance of stay.
Rental agreement is required.

Why the Owner Chose Diamond Lake
This is a very quiet location. The property is relatively secluded and off the main road. The other half of the lake is wetlands, so you can watch the sunset and enjoy the natural setting.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
Very relaxing. This fishing is consistently very good, but there never seem to be any more than 3-4 boats at most on the lake.
