You will find your condo spacious and well equipped - a full sized kitchen, washer/dryer (IN the condo), ceiling fan (although with the gentle tradewinds keeping you cool you rarely need it), and 2 flatscreens with complimentary cable. There is 1 bedroom (master and loft) and 1 FULL bathrooms. Everything you need to make it your home away from home and then some.
The condo has a quiet pool (1 of 3) just steps from your front door where you can also enjoy a barbeque with your family; 4 regulation tennis courts (free); walking paths; and 2 championship 18-hole golf courses. Golfers enjoy a wonderful discount of 25% or more when they play either the Palmer or the Fazio courses. The private lanai view is the beautiful and peaceful Fazio first fairway and a wonderful place to watch the sun set (actual photo).
