The owners are proud to open up their beautifully and carefully maintained private condo to be your own little get away in paradise too. For your use they have supplied a generously equipped modern kitchen with all the conveniences you would expect in a home of this quality. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, 27’ TV, private entrance to main balcony and a beautiful view of the ocean. The guest room features 2 singles. Both the master bedroom private bath and the hall bath come equipped with hair dryers. The living room includes a 27’ TV, CD/DVD player, sleeper sofa with ample seating and of course that amazing view as far as you can see. The dining room table seats 4. The balcony is equipped with good quality patio furniture consisting of a table, 4 chairs and a lounge. Within the resort itself you will find:

My wife and I and my parents spent the week in this condo and it was outstanding. Every morning coffee on the balcony then off to golf or the beach, or both. Plenty of room for four adults, all you need for cooking if you want, laundry, cable and wi-fi. We didn't want to leave.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

My family has stayed at KK-10 every year for the past 7 years. It is fabulous!! The condo is clean and roomy. The view is breathtaking. My husband and I started going when there were only the two of us...now we have 3 children and we still go every year. We all sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view, walk to the ocean, or just downstairs to the pool, or across the road to Barefoot Landing. It is a gorgeous condo with the best view in North Myrtle Beach. Absolutely perfect!!!
