COME FALL IN LOVE with Perdido Key in this oversized 2BR/2Ba gorgeous platinum rated direct beachfront unit at Palacio! This 14th floor unit offers direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. You can see miles down the beach, with excellent sunset views. Also, from the oversized 215 s.f. balcony you can see almost all of Perdido Key, Ole River, Ono island (see photos).
This luxuriously appointed unit is tastefully decorated and comes with all the comforts of home: Free WiFi, 3 FLAT PANEL LCD TVs, 3 DVD players, fully appointed eat-in kitchen, washer/dryer, and HUGE master bath with whirlpool, 2 vanities, and separate walk-in marble shower. The master bedroom features a large floor-to-ceiling window with gulf views and balcony access. The guest bedroom has views of Ole River, Lost Key golf course, and Palacio's tennis courts. The unit is directly above the main swimming pool. We are consistently told that this is one of (if not THE) nicest 2BR units in the building.
Palacio is family friendly and offers 2 pools (one heated), hot tub, 2 BBQ areas (one poolside, one by the tennis courts), and a fitness room with pool and gulf views. Also during the summer there is jetski rentals ON THE BEACH with very reasonable prices. Beach chair service is available on-site for a small fee. Across the street is shopping, dining, and an Arnold Palmer designed golf course. The pristine Gulf Islands National Seashore neighbors the area. There are marinas and 2 Florida state parks within a mile.

Why the Owner Chose Palacio
There was no question that my property would be on Perdido Key. This unit was the first of several I looked at, and I fell in love with the floor plan, complex, and VIEWS immediately. All the other properties seemed lackluster.

Hi Linda, Just wanted to let you know about our trip. First, let me say the condo was really nice. I loved the decor and the view was wonderful! Of course it rained Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday were over cast, but nice with enough sun to give me a good sunburn. I know you can get sunburned on overcast days, just didn't know I would get one on a very heavily overcast day. Would love to go back sometime. Thank you and your son for allowing us to stay there. August 14, 2010 Dear Linda, We have thoroughly enjoyed the condo and beach. Until today the weather has remained great as my eight year old and I love the big wind and waves for boogie boarding. Presently I am watching the thunderstorm and rain. The thunder is a little more impressive 150ft up. We have enjoyed all our meals in and believe the kitchen to be well appointed and better than most we have stayed. Thanks again for the great rental, Bradley
