The pristine Gulf Islands National Seashore neighbors the area. There are marinas and 2 Florida state parks within a mile.

Why the Owner Chose Palacio
There was no question that my property would be on Perdido Key. This unit was the first of several I looked at, and I fell in love with the floor plan, complex, and VIEWS immediately. All the other properties seemed lackluster.
