Owner's Map of Loon Lake

My wife and I fell in love with Loon Lake in 1980 and continued to vacation here every year with our children until we purchased this gem of a property in 2000. We have been busily remodeling, updating, and thoroughly enjoying our "home away from home" ever since. We live and work in Seattle part time and at the lake part time. Our guesthouse provides you the comfort and convenience to enjoy one of the most beautiful and peaceful places you'll ever visit.

I was looking forward to a quiet week but welcomed the friendly company of the bald eagles, squirrels, quail, splashing fish, and raven. I enjoyed walks in the nearby nature preserve. Thanks so much!

"Sigh"...Your guesthouse was the perfect solution to a long overdue family vacation! The accomodations were just right for late nights by the fire and watching movies and lazy mornings with no set schedule, allowing the day to unfold at its own pace. I don't think we could've planned for better weather! Thank you for sharing your guesthouse! Its beautiful and has lent us a week away from the hustle and bustle of our lives. God's Blessings to you!

Loon Lake Guesthouse - Memories at Morgan Park
5/5

It was an AMAZING week.

Guest: Kelly and Onita (Wenatchee, Wa.)
Date of Stay: 07/17/11 Review Submitted: 07/25/11

Our family enjoyed every minute at the guesthouse. When the weather was less then perfect we spent time on the large covered deck or in the open and warm living room. When the weather was warm and sunny we spent time on the beach or out on the water playing, fishing and swimming. With five adults, two preschoolers and a six month old baby not one time did anyone say "I'm board", there was always something to do from roasting marshmallows at the lakeside fire pit, knee-boarding on the nearly empty lake on the weekdays or sitting on the deck with a glass of wine / beer in the evening and listening to your grandson tell you his fish story as he falls asleep in your lap. Like I said, it was an AMAZING week. Thank You so very much.

Thank you so much for letting us stay this week. We loved the bright mornings and the sunsets on the water. Use of the fishing boat was nice and little Lauren caught her first fish one morning out on the lake. We swam until we couldn't move our legs anymore. The house was great! We loved every room. Our Dad would stay up late thinking... Your sign says "Memories at Morgan Park" and I'm pretty sure we made good memories of our own to take home. Thank you again for letting us stay in your home and we all hope to come again. (D.D. & Family - Portland, OR)

Thanks for a wonderful time, it was amazing! We had fun the sun going over bumps in the tube and making sand castles on the beach and in the evening roasting smores or eating ice cream by the fire and watching a movie before falling into a deep sleep. Thanks for everything! (J.B. & Family - Spokane, WA)

We end our first week at Loon Lake...a week of crescent moons and fireside games, slow rising mornings, fishing, swimming, boating. We notice all the little touches inside and out that make this place feel so comfortable and familiar. It has changed us. We have relaxed, slowed down. We are moving with the heat of the day, making plans by how much wind is on the water. We live in swim suits. Life is good! (H.K. - Spokane, WA)

Thank you very much for the opportunity you gave me and my family to share your property. Enjoyed the peace and quiet everyday. Loved the beach and lake and loved the quiet nature/serenity. Fishing was pretty good. We enjoyed that. It was totally fun and is exactly what I needed after a tough long year of work. God bless all of you and I will be calling you again. - (K.L.- Spokane, WA)
