"Sigh"...Your guesthouse was the perfect solution to a long overdue family vacation! The accomodations were just right for late nights by the fire and watching movies and lazy mornings with no set schedule, allowing the day to unfold at its own pace. I don't think we could've planned for better weather! Thank you for sharing your guesthouse! Its beautiful and has lent us a week away from the hustle and bustle of our lives. God's Blessings to you!

Our family enjoyed every minute at the guesthouse. When the weather was less then perfect we spent time on the large covered deck or in the open and warm living room. When the weather was warm and sunny we spent time on the beach or out on the water playing, fishing and swimming. With five adults, two preschoolers and a six month old baby not one time did anyone say "I'm board", there was always something to do from roasting marshmallows at the lakeside fire pit, knee-boarding on the nearly empty lake on the weekdays or sitting on the deck with a glass of wine / beer in the evening and listening to your grandson tell you his fish story as he falls asleep in your lap. Like I said, it was an AMAZING week. Thank You so very much.

What a beautiful place you have. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation... On cool evenings we snuggled in and watched movies and did all your puzzles. When the sun came out we enjoyed the beach, the dock, the boat, the fire pit - perfect!

I was looking forward to a quiet week but welcomed the friendly company of the bald eagles, squirrels, quail, splashing fish, and raven. I enjoyed walks in the nearby nature preserve. Thanks so much!

We rented the Guest House at Loon Lake for the weekend. There were 2 families (7) people and we were very comfortable. The house is very warm and welcoming, clean and stocked with everything but food! The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful. Beach and lake are beautiful. I only wish we had more time and warmer weather. Easily a place we could stay for a week. The only negative we have at all is that the futon in the living room is not very comfortable and hard to work. Overall a place we would definitely recommend and rent again!

Thank you so much for letting us stay this week. We loved the bright mornings and the sunsets on the water. Use of the fishing boat was nice and little Lauren caught her first fish one morning out on the lake. We swam until we couldn't move our legs anymore. The house was great! We loved every room. Our Dad would stay up late thinking... Your sign says "Memories at Morgan Park" and I'm pretty sure we made good memories of our own to take home. Thank you again for letting us stay in your home and we all hope to come again. (D.D. & Family - Portland, OR)

Thanks for a wonderful time, it was amazing! We had fun the sun going over bumps in the tube and making sand castles on the beach and in the evening roasting smores or eating ice cream by the fire and watching a movie before falling into a deep sleep. Thanks for everything! (J.B. & Family - Spokane, WA)

This lovely, nearly new guesthouse/cottage had all of the basics and lots of extras. A large beautiful covered deck high in the pine trees, with awesome diving exhibitions by Osprey and bald eagles. Large granite kitchen with high end appliances. Master bedding also high-end and luxury comfort. Its hard to describe how the pine trees sway and sing in the wind and how serene and tranquil the setting is. My hosts were wonderful and the neighbors very congenial and helpful. I will definitely come here again..

Well, we certainly DID make memories at this wonderful new construction guesthouse (more like a home) on Beautiful Loon Lake north of Spokane, Wa. Situated on a quiet piece of property with pine trees for shade, it boasts a wonderful deck for watching the Lake anytime but especially early a.m. and at sunset, a gourmet kitchen with full refrigerator with ice-maker and granite countertops, a beautifully appointed bathroom with walk-in stone shower, two large bedrooms and a coomon area where Aero beds or sleeping bags can be used to expand sleeping arrangements (the kids loved it). The dock is very stable and a great platform for all of our boating, swimming ,fishing and other water activities. Water skiing is good on the lake as it is calm most of the time especially during the week when the other vacation homes around the lake are lightly used. There were time when we were the only ones on the lake! We didn't fish much but apparently there are Kokanee, Bass, perch, Mackinah (sp?) and other fish in the lake as we saw a few boats trolling and anchor fishing. We spent many hours sitting on the dock reading and soaking up the rays. There is also a small sand beach close to the dock where the kids could scoop and play while we watched them from the outer dock. At night a fire on the beach brought us all back to a simpler times (no burn ban while we were there). The feel of the lake is like a throwback to the 50's and 60's with all the amenities at this property definitely in the 21st century. The best of both worlds. Overall a wonderful experience. We'll be back.

Thank you very much for the opportunity you gave me and my family to share your property. Enjoyed the peace and quiet everyday. Loved the beach and lake and loved the quiet nature/serenity. Fishing was pretty good. We enjoyed that. It was totally fun and is exactly what I needed after a tough long year of work. God bless all of you and I will be calling you again. - (K.L.- Spokane, WA)

We end our first week at Loon Lake...a week of crescent moons and fireside games, slow rising mornings, fishing, swimming, boating. We notice all the little touches inside and out that make this place feel so comfortable and familiar. It has changed us. We have relaxed, slowed down. We are moving with the heat of the day, making plans by how much wind is on the water. We live in swim suits. Life is good! (H.K. - Spokane, WA)
